Hi I am 24, female 5ft 2in, 128lbs. My goal is to get leaner and increase my marathon speed. I have bad knees aswell, so I figure this would help me out by having to train less.
I was advised to use winny. That's it. What I have read hasn't been great, so maybe something else is better.
Is there a better option? What is my best course of action for cutting fat, and increasing endurance?

Anavar or Winstrol will give you HUGE pumps in your leg muscles while you are running. Depending on the dose, the pumps can be paralyzing. Lifting regularly, with a coach or trainer, will help you get on track with that but these two drugs, IMHO will not make you faster. You may get bigger and it may cut your body fat some but you'll need to be on a higher dose to notice a difference in that. Your comment about "I won't have to train as much"...TOTAL BS!! You should train hard for something you really want. The gear will help you but you have to be willing to do the work, bottom line!! kodiakGRRL is smart and her knowledge base helps a lot of people. Listen up and she'll shoot you straight. PS, marathons won't get you that toned muscular look you desire, you need to be in the gym using your whole body 5 days a week!!
given your lack of experience lifting.. "barely tone" and your body fat percentage.. peds are not going to assist you like you think they will... the var will strip a bit of fat off but not anything to write home about, the winny will remove estrogen from your joints causing joint pain, test prop is thermogenic but considering you want to lean out and not bulk up I d say that it is not appropriate .... peds aren't going to increase your speed by helping you train less, you actually need to train harder and smarter with peds .... speed will come as you lose fat and do training specifically to build up speed and endurance.
I suppose I said that incorrectly. I am going to amp up my running training and want to get faster, you don't think var could help? I want to bulk a little, but I want to make sure I don't bulk and not lose some fat. I want my bf% around 15. I am not getting any gains with weights right now, I am plateaued. I have been training for about two years running and I just am not going anywhere. I even had a running coach for awhile. I guess this is why I am considering PEDs.
What are peds good for?
Mostly strength and mass, depending on the PED.

AnonI would def not suggest winstrol as its harsh on the joints, like LostLifter pointed out. Are you looking to put on muscle at all, or just lean out? If its just to lean out, I would suggest looking at your diet and seeing what can be worked around/changed to achieve the level of leanness that you want without gear. Also, at 5'2, 128 and 20% bf you are quite trim already, given your numbers are correct.
I am looking to gain a little bit of muscle, but right now I'm not tone, well barly tone. So I need to lean out and cut. My major goal is to increase my endurance for running to peek my times for marathons. someone recommended test prop.. any thoughts?
AnonI don't wanna speak outside of my experience, but test prop is one of the more harsh compounds for women to run. I haven't run it, although ive considered it. There are less harsh things to take... Anavar is an example. Also, are you eating enough to balance out all the cardio and support muscle growth?

AnonI would suggest reading through the stickies on this page- they will lay out all of the potential side effects of these drugs. There is a HUGE difference between winny like you first suggested and test prop. They are not all the same. I'm not going to feed you info which is readily available with just a little bit of leg work. Google is also your friend. Not to sound like a bitch, but if you are even questioning using these substances and haven't done any research whatsoever, you have no place using them at all. Strict diet (probably increasing your calories) and ramping up your lifting to 4-5x a week and heavy will give you the greatest results. Gear is not a magic pill and will not give you the results you expect without a proper plan already in place. Good luck.
What is your Bodyfat % and training experience. Also have you used any PEDs before?
bodyfat % is around 20. I have never used any PEDs before. I mainly run, but just started lifting. I have lifted off and on for years, and I am only now taking it seriously. I just recently altered by diet to include more protein more frequently throughout the day and with workouts. I workout twice a day. moring run plus one body part.. afternoon run plus a different body part. one rest day per week.
Winny is a harsh compound, especially in the joints, with best results when, "ideally", ran with an already low body fat %. Now what the magic number is debated at nauseam. Check out the ladies lounge. The ladies on here will be better suited to help you. But my strong recommendation is stay away from won't and look into your other options, maybe even HGH. Just a thought. Good luck with your research.
