Okay guys, I got a question for our competition athletes. Don't laugh at the topic, childish I know, however I need some help with it... I'm going to begin competing the end of next year... once I'm a solid 190 at 5% BF I'll be ready to rock and roll... so I figured as much as I bust my ass and the juice on top of that, it's not a unrealistic goal... a solid 20 lbs in 16-18 months... anyways... I never shaved my legs... I don't like the idea, however I must do what I must do... I am a Champion Of The Mind, and soon a bodybuilding champion... Say it, believe it, accomplish it... anyways. I shaved my balls once a long time back and it was itching like crazy, so If I shaved my legs I guess the same thing will happen, my ex said lotion helps, but it didn't seem to do too much, any advice on shaving your legs and keeping them from driving you crazy?

I had the wifey wax me up once.......ONCE!!!.....just shave bruddha and do as AayKaa said with with the alchohol or use skin bracer if u wanna smell like a paw paw! Lol
I shave a lot of my body just cause and honestly if after shave doesn't work on a part I just have to tough it out. Eventually my skin just got used to it and stopped doing what ever weird crAp it was doing. After shave closes the pores though so try that.
Well I'm probably never going to do a competition so it's safe to that I have never shaved any body hair and I probably never will..... Lol Not my cup of tea! As long as it doesn't bother my girl it sure as hell don't bother me but I understand..... You can't compete unless you do so good luck bro.

I've been shaving my body hair for around 20 years. Back in my 20s I was a stripper and did it for the look.(Fuck you people! I needed the money LOL) At first it was an odd process, but felt great and clean to me, so I never stopped. Now it's just part of my personal hygiene like trimming my nails.
The best way itch free way to shave I've found is as follows:
Trim your whole body with a guard less clipper. Do it in the tub...this makes it easy sweep up the hair. Next take a hot shower, the hot water opens your pores and gives you a closer shave.
Next shave with a few disposable razors, the lube strip ones work best. Right out of the tub splash your body down with "mild" rubbing alcohol. This closes your pores and cutts down infection which keeps you pimple free. (I've found that applying lotion without rubbing alcohol first is a mixed bag and sometimes results in alot of pimples.)
Next apply your fave lotion and you're good to go bro.
All that's left for you to do is...
put on some CK One, strut around naked and revel in the fact...
that you are now the sexy bitch that you always wanted to be!!!

I always shave with a disposable. I never use anything only hot water... Every time I used something I broke out, so the alcohol trick I'm going to do, in the morning after I shave my face. Use hot water open the pore, shave, apply alcohol and badda bing badda boom. Thank you that was very helpful
No Problem, just get the milder alcohol solution. The strong solution will pretty much set you on fire bro LOL
I like to use one of those small spray bottles for that purpose (found in the hair care section) and just mist myself down. Just hold your breath and turn on the bathroom fan.
LOL I didn't know this post would spark such funny responses. I got so many different opinions, I think I'll just wait a couple days before the show, and shave with a razor and lotion up...The itching doesn't start until the next couple days, so lotion, lotion and more lotion.
Just don't dry shave at least use a shaving cream of some kind.

Yup, keep that area clean cut. I use the clippers for a trim and if I want the porn star look, I will use the Mach 3 afterwards.

dont shave them till you have too, just use some hair clippers without the guard. ive been doing it once a month for the last decade. started it in my early 20s. its like with anything own it like its cool and dont give a shit what anybody else thinks.
You need that size #1 guard on it when you are clipping the body hair around your groin and arse region. You don't want to nip the nut sack or a butt cheek.

Just use hair removal cream that's my preferred way, your skin may be irritated for around an hour or two
LOL at this thread. That'd give me ingrowns everywhere so I just use a peanut. No cuts, ingrowns, etc. Of course when I compete I shave with a razor a day or two before and shave with the grain so my skin doesn't get irritated.
