So ladies and gentleman, it's becoming that time of the year again. April 11th-12th Orlando Europa. http://www.europaexpo.com/orlando-2014/ I'm totally stoked bros, I ended up buying the VIP tickets... 125.00 dollars not bad, access to all events the 2 day expo and IFBB pre-judging and pro show. Ronnie Coleman is going to guest pose and lecture...I'm really looking forward to meeting Ronnie. I had the opportunity a month ago in Miami but work got in the way, it was heartbreaking... Look forward to see you guys there.

That awesome to hear, Ronnie and Kai Greene is a big influence in my life. I think it would be awesome to meet one of my heros. Thanks for the concern Flash, I'm sure I want have any problems, everybody here is awesome, and Europa is pretty big. lol
I met Ronnie, hes a good dude, but I was disappointed in his size, don't get me wrong, hes still big, but not what he used to be and not what I was expecting........also be carefull because now everyone knows where your going to be at that time, plus you have a photo up.
good show and expo I'll be there, Ronnie was at his booth with Roden last year both guys looked great and were very friendly.
