Decided to do a 7 or 8 weeker lean bulk of prop/npp at 500/600 then switch to prop/tren/mast. .25 adex a day then ramping up to .5, then 1mg month out from show. Haven't even gotten my hands on clen/t3 yet.
I'm currently 173 at 13%bf. Eating lean but I might be overdoing it and not getting enough carbs lmao.
This is where a dietician/prep coach comes in but when you're a poverty brah, you do what you think is "good" lol

173lbs @ 13%BF = 150.5 lean lbs + 22.5lbs fat.
150.5lbs + 11.25lbs fat = 161.75lbs @ 7%BF
GOAL WEIGHT=162lbs
Cutting diet for 162 lb man.
Daily Total calories-2350
Carbs(40%)-940 calories/4=235g carbs
Protein(30%)-705 calories/4=176g protein
Fats(30%)-705 calories/9=78g fat
7 meals/day.
Per meal total calories- 336 calories
Carbs/meal-134 calories/4=34g carbs
Protein/meal-101 calories/4=25g protein
Fat/meal-101 calories/9=11g fat
Sounds like too much fat, too many carbs and not enough protein

I like to use various sources of info. But I like to start off with a basic use of some of the guidelines outlined in POWER EATING, by Dr. Susan Kleiner which states for cutting diets, males that workout 5 or more times per week should consume 14.5 calories per lb body weight.
After that I use my own experience and feel that the best macronutrients ratio to start with is 40-30-30. 40%carbs,30% protein, 30% fat.
The key there is start with. 40-30-30 is a great ratio to start with and see how you body reacts and make adjustments accordingly. Everybody's different. This is based on sound nutritional guidelines. He can start here and tweak as necessary. But it's definately not too many carbs. Lol. Eat less carbs then this and I think you run the risk of looking flatter than a stack of aunt jemima.

Go look at koks4you pics. He is currently eating close to zero carbs 6 days a week. He for sure isn't flat. I stay plenty pumped on 75 grams a day, 200+ on a cut is a lot. I'm sure this book your speaking of is designed for average lazy people. Not hard training people on steroids. Your macros should be very different from this. That's a lot of carbs and a lot of fat which is a recipe for fatness not cutting fat. I wouldn't lose any weight with that many calories either and I'm 210

Here's something that may surprise you. Other people have different ways of doing things than you. When you get older and more mature you will be more tolerant of other people's methods. What's your diet look like
breakfast - eggs with wheat bread, lunch - 1lb of lean beef, small amount of carbs before the gym, and dinner is usually eggs or some form of meat (had pork tonight).
But then again, I work as a driver and have long days. I'll eat at 545am then eat lunch at 11am. Long days. I just do what I can to get by, nomsayin? I put in that hard work.
Oddly enough, my new hours (longer) have made me lose weight. I stay up longer and don't get much sleep (which I should be doing now).
Is that all you eat 3 times? If your busy and working or whatever you could add some shakes in between. I feel food is way better but I've been there where I've had jobs that I don't get time to eat real food so I've just pounded a shake in one gulp.
