I was hurt in a accident that caused me to be laid up for 8 months got depressed gained a bunch of weight in this picture I was 465 pounds. the other picture is me as of yesterday took about 16 months to get back in shape through diet ... so for all you people that say that cant drop weight and need compounds I CALL BULLSHIT..so I will call you out every time I hear you say I cant do it , I cant loose weight , my diet is on point.. I say BULL SHIT you can (its called lazy)
