Did a small comp to knock the rust off before the big one next month .. Hopefully this knee of mine holds up .. The farmers walk really gave me trouble this time but overall pushed through

Brother you walk the walk! Much respect! Its one thing to be able to lift heavy, and a totally different thing to be able to lift heavy and perform on a determined day hitting on all cylinders. So much so that you take first place! Knuckles Gym indeed!
