I am about to start dropping HAMMER peeps! In the past 2 days I have deleted several pics and have censored 2 posts regarding narcotics!

Is there anyway you can make new registered members take a quiz about the rules? Maybe just 10 quick ?s that would prove they actually read the rules. Maybe all of the forums could be available for everyone to read, but if you want the privilege of posting you have to take the quiz first. Actually maybe we should even make the vets take it as a refresher. Just a thought.

I was looking over the rules the other day... I think there needs to be a rewrite and/or an addendum.
We have a lot of "unwritten" rules that need to be added as well as common sense rules, because apparently, common sense isn't very common.
