ad
Looking to start a test e/dbol cycle within the next few weeks.
Current diet
Morning
50g ground oats
50g/2 scoops whey
700 ml whole milk
300ml/cup of whole milk
Afternoon
8 eggs
Can of tuna
(Omellette)
Evening
50g Oats
50g/2scoops Whey
700ml Whole Milk
300ml/Cup of milk
Can of Tuna
Also take multivits
Totals about P295grams/F165grams/C160grams (3300 cals)
I want to push this upto 4k cals. Ideally keeping a clean diet. Did the whole dirty bulk thing a little while ago and got to 230lbs but looked like shit.
Should I just down an extra litre of milk for that extra 600c?

Do some research on diets man, you're not getting enough food an hell no on that milk dude, we're not even meant to drink milkman it's so hard on our bodies to digest, but if you must drink milk drink fat free or skim... You need to get a better diet plan or your just throwing your money down the drain on your gear... Her ill give you a post work out meal it's quick clean an hits everything you need,
FAT BOY SANDWICH: 2 slices whole wheat bread, 1 can tuna, cook 2 eggs to your liking ( i normally go over easy), an slice an half of your favorite chees ( pepper jack goes best with this sandwich) as eggs are cooking i put a little bit of lemon juice in can of tuna along with sum tapitio (hot sauce) an tbsp of light miracle whip, mix that up in the tuna can as I hate dirtying up dishes, I use very little to no butter on bread then after eggs are done cooking scoop me up with spatchella an throw 1st slice of bread on the frying pan an while it's cooking I throw the can of tuna down on bread an spread it evenly, then I put my cooked eggs on top of tuna then throw my cheese on top the eggs an then last piece of bread then flip cook melt cheese nice an slow an then u have a modified tuna melt AKA FAT BOY SANDWICH!!! You get around 52 grams protein, 45 carbs, 550 calls, 120 fat cals.... Try it out man is awesome!!! An buy a steamer for rice veggies an cooking meats made my life thousand times easier!!
Too much fat, way too little carbs.
50 gram oats? My sisters one year old could eat that much. Seriosly
Add more oats, some fruit, maybe some sandwiches with ham or something, cook rice or pasta to go with your tuna.... the options are endless.
And eating 3 times a day as a bodybuilder is most likely not a good idea, if you can't eat 2k cals in one sitting.
how old are you man? why don't you cook anything? your diet reminds me of mine when I was still living at my parents house and didn't know how to cook anything.
hey bro, you need to hire a coach or Google mass gaining diet.. your diet sux ballz.. if you wanna get big you need to eat AT LEAST 6 times a day up to 8 times a day..milk sucks it will keep you bloated as hell.. you need to be eating 4 meals of rice and chicken (classic bodybuilders meal) under is a basic mass diet you can add and swap out anything you want chicken for fish or turkey, white rice for brown rice or sweet potatoes.. but this what you got to be eating..
meal 1
5 egg whites, 3 whole eggs, 50g of oats
Meal 2-5
1-2 cups of white rice and 12oz if chicken
meal 6
8oz steak w mixed veggies
Im not a diet expert but I believe I have the basics down and you aren't getting enough nutrition from solid foods. Whey is great but you should try and attain the majority of your macros from real food. Its why its called a supplement.
The only carbs you eat are oats and sugars from milk. 80% of your protein is from whey and milk. There's no substance to your diet mate, there's very little solid food.
I'll save you some money here, don't run a cycle until you've sorted your diet out or it will yield disappointing results.
I swapped out the tuna ommelette for two meals of turkey/chicken, brown rice and eggs
This is a joke right? All u eat is milk eggs tuna?
That is my basic food plan. I might pickup some hotfood while Im in work or eat whatevery mate cooks when I'm out occasionally.
Tuna/Steaks/Turkey/Chicken are some the meats I eat. Tuna is my favourite meat and its cheap so I stick with it.
What is wrong with that?
