END OF EBC UPDATE
It's been a great ride, at one point I had gained 43 pounds and I was looking pretty fat so I changed the diet and dropped the water, I started at 223lbs and finished at 251lbs for a total of 28lbs. I lost some body fat and definitely gained some more muscle. More than anything I am proud of all the people that finished and a special shout out to those that I coerced into doing this, good job guys. And for those that were waiting for it, here comes the surprise:
If I am lucky enough to make it into the top 5 I would like any prizes that I might have won to be split up evenly amongst the 6-10th place spots if Carlos and Tread don't mind. There is really stiff competition so it may not even be a discussion but IF there is then that would be awesome for those spots. Am I rich? No. Do I have a huge stash? No. Actually I don't have any stash but my cycle was completely sponsored by Muta and I feel honored to have received it and also feel it is a prize in and of itself. Beginning of EBC
This is a bulker boys and girls. The goal is to bulk. I was bulking before this came along so I'm carrying some extra BF as it is but I aim to put on a significant amount of weight. I look to put on 30lbs in these 12 weeks with the help of Muta.....He has a game plan, top secret shit I think. I can put on weight just by looking at food so I expect to come in at around 260. The trick is keeping the body fat at a minimum.
I'm going to throw in some extra pics of the damn iPad USA today. Just to make sure there is no question.

angusI feel that my legs are what kept me from the #1 spot 2 EBC's ago so I tried to work on them but they just get wider and I can't seem to define them. I'll keep going though, i'll never stop! haha. I'm really glad you decided to come out and play, it just wouldn't have been the same without you.
