Working overnight 10pm-6am need to lose 30-40lbs
ad
I work overnight from 10-6 in the morning and I need to lose 30-40 lbs, I'm eating clean and doing crossfit 5 days a week but I can't seem to get the scale to move. I'm at 237lbs, I wanna get to 200lbs. I just don't know what I'm doing wrong. I've even been tempted to try DNP or something. If someone can please help that would be great

Dr.RuzickaI would recommend increasing your calories to 2500/day 220g of animal protein(stay away from soy and veggie protein) 280g of mostly complex carbohydrates, and 55g of healthy omega rich fats. Your diet is 35% protein, 45% carbs and 20% fats. Balanced and healthy. Lift big. Eat three large meals and two snacks a day. The biggest meals loaded with carbs (70g) should be breakfast, pre and post workout. Do HIIT 30min sessions on lifting days and do fasted cardio in the morning. Friend request and private message me if you more advance questions
drop crossfit! lfmao.. diet is key,, fr me, ill hook you up! just because you dieting doesn't mean you have to starve, you got to carb cycle for optimal results
No dnp. Have your carbs earlier in the day and cut them out on your last two meals. Do cardio either before bed or when you first get up. Should see the weight come off
it's not how many calories you take in a day; its about the QUALITY of calories. Take a look at the diet section on this forum, V put out a great one about a no carb after 2. It fkn works. I've personally dropped some fat without losing a lot of pounds. it's a balancing act. A food diary is an ABSOLUTE MUST if you struggle.
Samsung861800 cal a day, I think my body is in fat storing mode
I agree with big on the dnp.I don't feel you are getting enough calories.I would say your starving yourself fat.1800 calories is about your BMR(basal metabolic rate).BMR is the amount of calories your body burns at rest.
Dnp is not an option...that shit is poison..
How many calories are you getting a day?
