If you want a legal stimulants then caffeine. If not legal there's a huge list. Ephedrine and clen are popular among other things.

Drink coffee; I have tried hundreds of stims; preworkouts and they are all wallet drainers. If you absolutely need a stimulant try coffee or just plain old caffeine anhydrous. Your body will thank you for it as well as your bank account.

TricepatopsTo me they are essential. I use GNC lit or their new kind Lit AF. One has 250mgs of caffeine and the other is 250mgs plus 50mg of time released. Anymore caffeine and it is to much stim and will wreak hell on my CNS. To much stim is not good. Muscle tech and others imo sucks as they add a tons of caffeine and a shit loads of yohimbine. Yohimbine can be good for belly fat loss but it is very harsh on CNS. For me it gives me anxiety bad and my head tingles and get weird feelings.
I just use caffeine powder 75-150mg , would use coffee if it didn't give me acid reflux while working out. Used high stim before but never could get a pump and I don't need a crash big enough to kill all my productivity for the rest of the day. And with proper sleep and a balanced diet I find myself not needing any stim most days. Even after a long work day it's mostly a matter of just getting going in the gym and keeping up the pace.

Experimented with eating and not eating pre workout, different types and amounts of food. It all results in acid reflux, nothing too bad but I just prefer not to have any extra discomfort that can distract me from my workout.

I use AAKG (from Vitamin Shoppe) daily. I prefer a pump to stim. AAKG at 3000mg daily will give you great pump and help to nurish your muscles. I still prefer this inexpensive supplement to Citrulline which needs 8000mgs daily. This will take some time (daily for a month) to be fully effective. But this seems to give me a pure and clean pump compare to other products.
TricepatopsTo me you are pissing away half your money by buying an Arginine based pump. I don't want to get into how it works but Citrulline is the way to go. Works better and you don't need and in my experience works the first time I have used it. Also AAkg after awhile stops working and you need to take time off to the amount of time on. The original version of the AAKG states that right on the bottle and in their advertising.

No. If you need high stim then you haven’t slept enough or don’t like training enough and should find another fitness modality that you enjoy and gets you fired up on its own.
