In a years work..

ad

Hi guys/girls,
I've done a few cycles here and there over the past year. And I've met a lot of people along the way, weird how you start looking in different places for your information and find yourself discovering new elements of a lifestyle, or I consider it a lifestyle anyway.

What I still can't grasp and I don't think been able to judge myself due to one or maybe more factors with my experience is, how many pounds of muscle are you looking at gaining through the use, obviously, that's why a lot of us are here right? Through the use of gear. I hear 10-15lbs here and there, which sounds crazy seeing as that's what your looking at gaining going natural right? Heard of one occasion where a guy gained 6 stone (86lbs) of mass in a year through just Test and Deca alone. That's including fat I'm guessing but that's a huge amount of weight to gain in a year to say a lot of that would be muscle.

Really, I've just about finished my third cycle. T450/Deca/Tren and I'm upto about 185lbs on the day, take away water retention from both test and deca and I'm probably looking at 175-180? I have to admit I haven't been paying attention to my diet and after an injury on my bike a few months, seemed to of lost the edge in the gym and not focused right. Ie. Focusing on increasing the weight etc. And I'm guessing that's hindering me..

Question I'm asking incase you got lost along the way, is... In a year, with the right diet, right training and of course, properly thought of cycles.. What is anyone, including myself, looking at gaining in lean body mass.

Cheers

Quiet a open ended question in my opinion, genetics pays a big roll in how much lean mass your body can hold. I would say personally every summer I'm looking to weigh an extra 10-15 maybe even 20lbs than last Summer (10% body fat). I put on a lot more weight during the winter bulk but a lot of that is fat. What about you?

How did you crash your motorbike?

Yes I guess but you tell me what bodybuilder who's 300lbs that has the genetic potential to get there? Surely genetics are thrown out the window when your really on your way to hold way more than your body naturally can? I know at my stage of development, my body could naturally hold the lean body mass I have even if I've used AAS to get there.

10-20lbs just doesn't seem right to me for an entire year?

Oops, I +1 my own and your comments, bloody touch phone!

Personally I'm not looking for the huge bodybuilder look, more of the sculpted Greek god so I only want hard mass in the Summer. I'm talking about 10-20lbs of pure lean muscle.

No genetics unfortunately play a huge roll in this game. From how big your legs can get to how much HGH and gear you cam tolerate. I'm not saying someone with below average genetics can't look impressive, but when it comes to being a pro, in my opinion you need good genetics.

Silly cage drivers! Hope you get back on that bike mate, coming from a biker myself Smile

I haven't figured what body I want yet. I've had thoughts about powerlifting and look big but not seriously big and just hammer every exercise in the gym or go for a bodybuilder look and be big but lose quite a lot of motion and functionality with all that dysfunctional muscle. I guess my main intentions is go for strength and see how the shape pans out but really I'd be better going for size and then strength so I've got a foundation both aesthetically pleasing and physically capable of being strong if not strong to an extent already. I don't know yet. Better start figuring it out yet.

And yeah mate the bike accident got to me. Really shook me up I just wanted to get up and throw the pri+k into incoming traffic but I just figured, I have as much right of way, it was his fault, I'm still alive, it might be his family next then the tables turn.

That's all you can do. Set realistic goals and find out what you want out of the sport. Be safe bro.

As for the crash. I came off near my home, guy in his car on his phone, can guess what happened next. Didn't get major injuries but shocked the f**k out of me and decided to give working out a reason for recovery, just haven't been able to focus properly since.
