hi guys interesting topic....
when started cycle I was running test p/dbol kicker with test c
after about 3 weeks I got paranoid of gyno and was running 12.5 ED from 12.5 EOD...
after 4 weeks I thought I need to experiment,...
so I stopped taking it and been running 200mg vit b6 instead...
when on aromasin/ low estro I was snappy and aggressive everything pissed me off and I started getting dry skins on hands and lips!!
now ive stopped aromasin for 2 weeks I feel much better more positive n energetic and my strength is increasing again...
this sound about right guys??

yeah exactly maybe im a lucky one at the moment.. I feel so much better since I stopped the ai...
energy is up n sense of well being etc etc...
ive got aro and adex on hand incase on gyno symptoms.
and im running 750mg test e a week
Gyno is not the only side effect of high E2. Elevated estrogen levels are very detrimental. Just because you don't have gyno doesn't mean they are not elevated.
You cannot run 750 mg of testosterone a week without an AI and not have your E2 be elevated. Get blood work done 5 weeks into a 750 mg of testosterone a week cycle and see for yourself how high they can get.
what would symptoms be of high e2?
and Im taking 75mg proviron ED? shouldn't this help with estro also?
Some of the symptoms of a high E2 would be acne, fat gain, prostate issues, elevated blood pressure, water retention, elevated prolactin and progesterone, gyno. These are some of the symptoms of an elevated E2.
Proviron is an amazing compound. However it is not an AI and will not help with controlling E2. It will alleviate some of the symptoms associated with an elevated E2 but it will not control it thusly giving you a false sense of security.
Similar to the way Nolvadex will give you a false sense of security by stopping or even reversing gyno, yet E2 levels will remain elevated.
ive not run any ai for weeks now... and getting no signs of gyno... ive just brought some adex just incase and obviously ive still got the aro incase too
hmm why not start 6.25mg ED? why run it so high?
maybe at least you know now that lower dose might dial in your AI.
yes, those are some typical low E symptoms you had. aromasin is a great AI but it often works different from one person to another. self experimentation with it is the only to get a good hold on how it effects you
"Sounds about right" is all you really have right now. You need to get bloods done to know anything for sure. Feel can be a guide, but it can be misleading as well. There are many posts here about people talking about side/no sides and their blood results came back completely the opposite. It's worth the $50-60 bucks to know for sure and that way you can dial in your dose.
