Would you take Letrozole for your gyno symptoms. Whats an advisable regimen, duration?
Do you run a .5mg eod on an entire cycle or use only will your gyno flares up?
BilMcbigballsYou'd be better running ad ex or aro while on cycle. Its hard to find the sweet spot with letro as an on cycle ai. But No, .5 mg EOD. Is too much IMHO. I run .25 mg mwf while on cycle but I'm very much prone to gyno. I do not recommend this
BilMcbigballsIf gyno has already flared up then yes definitely letro. Standard letro therapy looks lime this
Day 1- .50 mg
Day.2- 1.0 mg
Day 3- 1.5 mg
Day4-2.0 mg
Day 5- 2.5 mg
Then on day 6 do the same thing in reverse and work back down to .50 mg. Hold at this for a week and u should be good
My understanding was that after day 5, you hold the dosage at 2.5mg ed until the gyno is reduced, then you taper back off of it
BilMcbigballsI did it the way I listed it and it took care of it. Letro is very potent. It will totally shut u down so I would taper down after day 5. I've actually had letro shut me down before and Sex drive was unheard of for like 2 months. Joints hurt like crazy and felt weak and depressed. Just be careful with it. Too much will jack u up
only if you get bloods done and you are in deep shit, if not adex and aromasin are your brothers, letro is a fav of mine but be carefull, only if you know whats going on in your body, even then still be carefull! if you need more advice on letro send me a fr and message me, happy to share my experience with it
