Time to put some size on

Well after two surgeries in a three month span it's time to get back into it. Somehow kept a little definition in my core which I haven't touched in over a month. Road to 230 here I come
Slow and steady progression. Remember you have muscle memory and a lot of what you lost will come back. Get your diet in check obviously and make sure you have a good and structured routine. You've got a solid foundation to work with. Looking good and please keep us posted. Especially me.:) +2.
yea i dropped from 198 pre 1st surgery down to 170 post second. so should be 200 by the new year if i do this right. then pushing for 230 mid march. appreciate the words brotha...updates will come ever few weeks
one thing i learned...no more benching 365 for me :(
The best of luck on your comeback Ted! I sincerely hope you are doing better! Make sure to post those progression pics in a few weeks! Glad you're on the mend!
Thanks brotha I'll keep everyone updated. What better time to start bulking than the holidays huh?
No better time brother Lol. Stay well my friend!
Best of luck on easing yourself back into it, I know what's it's like! Take it easy, muscle memory will have you back to where you were quickly.
yea i should be back at 200 before i really try to bulk just from muscle memory. that second surgery set me back alot though. you been recovering pretty well?
Going well mate, much better than I thought. Benched 225lbs this morning only 11 weeks after having front delt reattached, I'm more than happy with that. Rear delt work is still painful, but otherwise going great. Be a while before I'm touching anything heavy, but that's life.
I feel you man. That's pretty good for less than three months out. I think any flat movement is over for me. 185 feels like I'm gonna retear the pec. But 100 dumbbells on incline go up for sets of 10 no discomfort whatsoever.
What is the maximum recovery time they told you?
