Guys and gurlz we ended up getting our banner up a bit late for this EBC which i hope is part of the low turn out!
We will extend the deadline for one week now that our banner is up. Take the challenge or just challenge yourself to a new you going into a new year. Come get this Eroiderz, get ya dream on !

As you know I've got other plans ;-)
But it looks like the odds for winning the EBC have gone up for those who enter!
It might also be that those who are willing to compete have recently ended their cycles from the summer EBC and are now in PCT or waiting the necessary time before cycling again. I am in fact in this category. I would absolutely love to do a winter bulk and compete in this EBC. It's just not good timing for me since I'm waiting four months between cycles.

GearofWarThat's convenient as all hell my brother. Was waiting on gear and trying to get my old lady to take the pics I need. I'm pretty sure I'm doing this. I still could use a coach/mentor though. I'll bust my ass no matter, either way. Just hope I can get the pose right for the pics.
Pm me with anything you need...but tbh if had good success with bulking by keeping it simple...stuff my face, train till I drop, sleep, repeat
