Fast food for Bulking?

This is not my normal routine but just curious as a last resort. If I had no other option for food at the time except fast food then which would be the best for a bulking diet.
Unfortunately, sometimes I have to turn to this for lunch as my work schedule sometimes doesn't allow my diet to be as clean as I would like. I have also left the house in a hurry and forgot my lunch. Again, I know this should not be an option but if I had to turn to this then what restuarant and item would help me to stay where I need to be at for lunch??

amrakAs an ecto, it's almost impossible for me to get all my food cooked from my own kitchen. Theres nothing too wrong with fast food if you get the right things. Avoid cheeses, buttery breads, and dairies. Try to stick to lean proteins (chicken breast, turkey, tuna) and of course choose carbs that dont consist mostly of sugars.
I've found keeping fast food under 5-10% of a days diet won't be too detrimental.

Bro just set up macros that work for your goals then hit them mostly from whole clean foods and if fast food fits into your macros then go for it
Mcdonalds has a classic chicken sandwich order that with no mayo an substitute it with honey mustard, order another chicken breast with it too, it comes on whole wheat bun tomotoe an cheese actually not really all bad for u, an if at carls JR AKA Hardee's they have turkey burgers there, order extra portion of turkey patty
I eat fast food for 1-3 meals during the week. Sometimes I'm just lazy or just say fuck my chicken/ broccoli shanagins. I do have stragies.
1) try and find a place that uses fresh no frozen meat, primo burger/ in and out burger etc etc.
2) low carb! Lettuce wrap your burger( any mainstream fast good joint will do this) No fries and NO soda.
3 avoid ketchup or mayo based condiments.
That's it. Still greasy protein but hey fuck it.
I used to go to subway and get a six inch chicken breast on wheat, with quad meat (so 4 chicken breasts instead of one)
Had something like 80g protein 40g carbs 10g fats

although the real trick is not getting caugt with your pants down and bringing a few tuperware containers to work ed

get rice bean chicken, wraps, all kinds of good food that can be good for diets on the go
I live in North Carolina. I know what you mean. I am from Florida and Pollo was everywhere and delicious. I havent seen one up here though.

just do chipotle . you can pretty much get anything you want on it.
