Low test levels with injections

Got a question. Have a friend that start trt a few months back. Test level was around 100 when he start trt. Has been injecting pharm grade test cyp at 250mg/wk for several months now. Had bloods done the other day and test level is now 77! What the heck! How is that possible? Where is the test going? This blows my mind. Had testing done on adrenal gland, purturity gland, and thyroid today and wait for results Mon or Tues.

you/he needs a full harmone panel of blod work - could be high aromatase /high e2/highshgb robbing the test blind -i wouldnt go after the gear until all of this is done -250 a week should put you to top of the chart - 300/wk puts me at 1300ish
Crazy!! Some bunk pharma grade!!maybe he's just used to the bomb ass domestic ugls out right now hahaha......
Was he just on a cycle and how long??....For his system to be that shut down, It's weird He's not responding to trt, mind You It's Individually responsive, so his body is simply not responsive at all. More tests and Dr. supervision is indeed required and keep us posted, because this One is a mind boggler!
He has never done a cycle of any kind before
