simple cycle questions

hey guys, wanna run a simple test cyp.. cycle around 500 a week, whats the best pct for afterwards,how long and should I use one during the cycle. would it hurt to run a little oral turanibal while doing this cycle also. thanks.

sorry guys, 50 years old(old bastard) 6ft. 209lbs. around 15 % bf. been lifting for around 25 years. played around with some short orals only cycles. this will be the first time pinning ,wanna get it right. good clean diet and lots of cardio.
Standard first cycle is test E or test C at 500mg/week. Run an AI through PCT. Either adex or aromasin. I prefer aromasin myself. Standard PCT is Clomid for 4 weeks at 100-100-50-50 and Nolvadex 4 weeks at 40-40-20-20. Have you considered TRT considering your age? You should get some pre-cycle blood work done to see what your natural test levels are
This. But at 50 start first cycle at 300mg ew for 12w. As you age and Test levels decrease aromatase levels increase. That's a lot of extra Test to have floating around. You could develop some nice man boobs or other complications. Give yourself a chance to see how you react. At 300, You're still pushing more than double your Test production as a teenager. You'll gain and feel good.
No oral...just Test...learn your body and prime yourself for the next cycle. Read up on PCT and AI's. Get to know what will happen to you before it happens.
thanks for the info a few days back. decided to take yor advice run a low dose of test cyp. to start off. next question is this...should i take an anti estrogen during cycle,which one is best and what would be best for pct. thanks again
Gainz wrote the PCT info already. Nolva and Clomid. Start that about 15 days after your last Cyp injection. I went with Aromasin(exemastane) for my AI. Others choose Arimidex(Anastrozole). Most people say begin that, Aromasin, in the 3rd week at 6,25 EOD. I am in my 4th week and decided to wait for gyno signs before starting and I will get bloodwork this Friday. If i were doing 5oomg a week, I would start it at the end of 3rd week. At 300, I have decided to get bloods first because i want to know for future cycles if i am gyno prone. I have had no Gyno signs.
Aromasin pills are bigger and easier to split...usually. Arimidex binds but doesn't kill estrogen. Some people say it can reverse after you stop. Read up on this and make an informed choice. I am just telling you the decisions i made. Get an AI and nolva and clomid before you cycle. Get everything you will need and get a little extra. Get extra Test bc you may dribble some loading your needle.
What i'm learning though is that it really revolves around diet and training. Get those squared to meet your goals and then stay disciplined.
