Test E, Tren E & Muscle/Vein Cramps
Looking for some experiences to address an issue a Mate of mine is currently having. I have never experienced this issue, but that doesn't mean that others haven't experienced/heard of others experiencing this issue with this particular compound cycle. So advice about past experiences would be appreciated so I can pass on some better advice.
My Mate has been on his Test E & Tren E cycle for the past 3 weeks. (He also informed me he is currently on 600mgs of Test E and 500mgs of Tren E a week). He knew I am also on a Anadrol, Test Cyp & Tren E cycle myself, so he decided to ask me about an issue he is currently having that SEEMS to have only started up since he started his cycle.
He is currently having very painful cramps in his calves, quads and hips. Throughout the day and night. He described them as hitting with no warning. Whenever he bends his legs and restricts the blood flow the cramps hit in. When he takes his trousers off and has to bend his legs to remove them, he gets deep muscle cramps that feels like the blood is being cut off to the muscle because he's restricting the veins and the muscle/s immediately goes into a solid and excruciatingly painful cramp. The muscle/s only release when he's able to straighten the leg/s and allow the blood flow to return to normal. This issue is also hitting him bad when he's sleeping. So bad, he's, and I quote, "Restricting my sleep because of the cramps waking me up. They're so bad". End quote.
The only thing I could think of when he told me about it is either his blood is thickening up because of the compounds of his cycle or his veins are shrinking and it's restricting the blood flow to his leg muscles. IF it's a mixture of the two, the blood thickening and the veins thinning, thicker blood is going to have a harder time circulating.
Personally, besides my own cycles compounds, I'm also taking Coumadin as part of my daily regime, to help address a blood thickening issue I have to stop me accumulating blood clots. So my blood is kept thin.
Has anyone else heard of this kind of issue while being on cycle in the past?
As I said, I haven't heard of this issue myself, especially with his cycles compounds. But with my own experiences of blood disorders and how hard and quick they can hit the system I don't want this becoming a life-threatening issue for him because he doesn't know about the issue.

This sounds familiar. Every time I would roll over in bed I would cramp up. It was excruciating. It started to spread so that any muscle I tensed up - cramp. I bought a bottle of potassium chloride (salt substitute) from the supermarket and put like 3 grams in water. No result.
What was it? SODIUM. I had been drinking two gallons a day of distilled water and sweating so much in the gym I went low on sodium. I dumped about 4g-5g of salt in a glass of water drank it and 10 min later - all the agony stopped completely. I just was not used to the idea of being salt depleted.
I was THINKING that it MIGHT have been a salt issue for him, but without ever suffering from it as bad as he was describing it, or in all honesty, even hearing about someone else suffering from it as bad, I didn't want to presume. That's why I came to our board.
And again, if truth be told, he does sweat profusely when he works out. I sweat REALLY bad myself, especially when on a Tren cycle and the night sweats can be a bitch when they hit too, I may get a cramp from curling up into a weird sleep position etc, but I don't get REALLY bad cramps.
I WILL DEFINITELY PASS ON THIS TIP TO HIM WHEN I SEE HIM TOMORROW, Mate.
Thank you. (+1 for the advice too, Mate)
Great post! Most people forget about being salt depleted, but it is actually fairly common. I hope many people see this. Good job.
ihearttrenIm on test e, still currently, and tren e I was on for 14 weeks. Never had any cramping issue like that.
Simple but, is he drinkig enough water? Many people don't drink enough
From what I see of him during training, he does seem to be drinking plenty. But out of the gym, I don't know, Mate.
I will know more tomorrow and pass on your advice.
RustyhookerI got odd hip cramping but upped my greens and bananas for potassium and they left. The 81Mg aspirin helps with normal thinning. Is there any sources on the island to run blood work? Cramping could be simply salt/potassium imbalance, minerals or deeper issue.
I will pass on the advice, Mate.
In regards to blood works, he gets his bloods done through his Mrs, who works for a local Call-In Sick Centre, so I'm sure that'll be one of his next routes if he can't get this issue addressed
