Ok so today is my first day training in months. I think I have the diet down carbs early in the day and proteins late. Here's the problem I have a huge appetite and love to eat. Whats some good snack ideas with the time I should eat them. Thanks

waltrfruit if you absolutely have to snack..
or just chug a couple glasses of cold water
