Test Prop and Var Dosage

I need help on deciding a dosage for the two... What benefits would taking 150mg vs 100mg eod provide me, and the same question about the var, 100mg vs 75mg ed?

mh001stats are: first cycle, 26 yrs old, 6'1'', 180lbs, 11%BF my goals is to be around 190lbs and 9% BF, but ive come to terms with that not being very easy from this cycle alone so anything that gets me closer to my goal will be excellent.
I already have the var and the prop, as well as aromasin adex nolva and clomid on hand.
The cycle will be 8 weeks long and I have already started the var, about 5 days ago, feel some effects but no pumps yet.
Pinned prop last night, again, no effects except slight - SLIGHT - pip
How long are u planning to run the Var bro? I hope you have your Liver support drugs?

Well if its barely the first week then you gotta at least wait till the second week and see if theyve kicked in yet bro... And it depends whose gear you are runnin also.lol

mh001Because after reading more, i seem to find a consensus that the dosages I'm using are too low, with the var being an ideal dose around 100mg ED, and for prop an ideal first dose is 150mg EOD, So i'm a bit conflicted... Since you helped me decide to include prop into my cycle (and thank god you did), I have been on the fence about gaining too much weight, but after more research I've come to the conclusion that the weight i gain will be directly related to my diet, so if 1 is kept in check, the other will be as well. With that said, I would rather start my cycling career with a properly dosed cycle, as opposed to our "baseline" dosage we described in the first thread....

AnonYou would have more test and more var in you that's the only benifits lmfao ! I believe either would work fine and also carb cycle on var and you'll get tren like effects I'm told ! Tread told me that and I trust his word ! Be careful though cuz my boy said that shit makes you strong and fuck and you have to remember it's not all about heavy weights your building your body so it's about form and slow and controlled movements stretch and contract them fucking muscles ! You use good form and etc instead of trying to monkey week guts and your tendons and etc will love you a lot longer too
mh001awesome.... thanks for the advice... how do you mean carb cycle? My current plan is to eat 3600 calories on workout days and 3100 on off days - averaging about 3400, and my current maintenance is ~2850. Most of my carbs are focused around my workouts as well.
Also, as far as dosing is concerned, everyday or every other day? what are the benefits of ed vs eod dosing?
AnonThere are to many ways to inject the more frequent the less sides but they're are diff ways of doing it I'd go eod and it will be fine! Or inject like fuckig 300mg every 3 days ha ha and take 75 mg ed at one dose instead of splitting dosage this is a diff way as far as the whole threshold thing I've been seeing and it sounds like a good thing to try ! However you like and if your not thing to cut then don't worry about carb cycling
