+ 4 My Simple Cycle

ad

We talk about "keeping it simple" on a regular basis, but I know some of you guys don't think we practice what we preach. This will be my 10th cycle and it's dead simple. I'm recovering from a rotator cuff tear, so I won't be pushing anything heavy for some time. So I've based this on aiding my recovery as well as making some clean gains.

My Stats

38 years old
6ft 1"
258lbs
11% BF

My goal - Ultimately when I turn 40 (18 months approx.) I'd like to be 265lbs @ 8% BF. I lack some symmetry in places, weak spots are crap calves which are and have always been difficult for me. Crap genetics in this area! For this cycle, Get BF back to 10%, hold weight

My diet - When bulking I eat 5500+calories per day. I'm disciplined with food and eat very little that I shouldn't. Food has never been an issue for me and I consider myself to be fairly well versed in that area. My typical training regime is 6 days per week, but if I'm tired I take more time off.

My cycle - As follows.

1-20 - EQ @ 800mgs/week
1-17 - Test E @ 500mgs/week
12-20 Tren A @ 75mg ED

AI - Probably not needed for me at this dose of test. I don't get a lot of estro / gyno issues and know my reaction well enough to get it under control should anything pop up. Aromasin and adex on hand.

Prolactin - Caber @0.25mg e3d.
PCT - Standard 4 week Nolva / Clomid / Aromasin PCT protocol. I like to run Caber through PCT too.

Told you it was simple!

Incorporate pineapple into your diet if you haven't aside from vitamin c it has bromelain such keeps your bursa' and Johnny lunged and healthy. I was recommended a bromelain supplement by my chiro, did wonders for bursitis and knees.

I don't think you'd have anything to worry about mate. Size I have, but I have a very small percentage of the quality you do.

See the surgeon next Friday so hopefully be pushing light stuff Mid October. Will start as soon as I get the green light to bring light weight back into my training.

That's the idea behind the EQ, and it's a compound I always enjoy running anyway. I'm running pharma gh and tb500 at the moment and I believe I'm way ahead of the recovery curve at the moment. I'll keep the gh going, don't really see a reason to come off it!

That's right, nice gentle start. Last thing I want is a big kick and start throwing stuff around! Slow and steady this one.
