BREAKFAST:

MIDMORNING;
1 grilled chicken brest marinated in greek youghurt with garlic,lemon,salt,pepper,paprika,mixed spices
1 cup rice with lentiles
mix syrian pickled cucumber/turnip
1 table spoon garlic paste
LUNCH:
1 rump steak
1 cup broccoli
1 cup pasta with home mad pasta sauce/basil/mint
5 asparagus
2 anavite tabs
PREWORKOUT:
1 cup oats
1 scoop wpc
1 scoop gaspari glycofuse
1 banana
1 scoop gaspari nutrition superpump max
added 4 grams citurlline malate
added 3 grams aakg
INTRAWORKOUT:
sizeon
10 grams glutamine
POSTWORKOUT:
1 scoop wpc
50 grams maltodextrin
10 grams bcaa
DINNER:

I couldnt disagree more about the eggs. Nothing wrong with 6 whole eggs a day. For years I was eating a dozen or more a day and my bloodwork always came back good on cholesterol. More and more scientists are finding that dietary cholesterol doesn't affetc body cholesterol the way they thought. This diet looks pretty good. Varied food sources and it sounds tasty as well

Not bad.. have you determined the nutritional values of your daily food intake (fat/cals/protien/carbs). Would be interested to know what you're getting down the hatch.
Thought about using casein pre bed? Nice steady slow release of protein whilst you get your beauty sleep.
Hey mate I usually add that when I start upping my protein and droping carbs I like keep protein around 250 grams during a bulk
I'm not a big supplement user, I believe in proper food but casein is a must for me.
sorry mate not to be rude dont forget Lecithin is a substance found in egg yolk and helps remove cholesterol from tissue to liver to be utillised plus it is good cholesterol we are talking about not bad and for a male you need healthy cholesterol to increase natural testosterone in the body and egg white alone is not that greatly absorbed i am on 10 week cycles a year and i dont do harsh cycles also glutamine helps with the stomach linning which is a good thing thanks for your advice
AnonYea one egg a day my niece was eating 2 eggs every day and her cholesterol shot up to 225 at the age of 5. What does that tell u. Have you had bloodwork done before with eating 6 whole eggs a day?

Yes 1 whole egg with multiple egg whites is great for testosterone. Your body needs cholesterol to make Testosterone. BUT since your on cycle your body cant make testosterone and steroids lower HDL so your body wont be able to allocate the cholesterol efficiently and its going to start to build plaque in the arteries.

Lol government studies, of course they find eating a high fat high cholesterol diet is going to cause health problems. Gotta keep the public on those high carb, low fat diet and make sure to get tons of "healthy whole grains" hahahaha. What a joke. Those people were probably stuffing their faces with wheat products the whole time. Guess what dude, it wasnt the eggs that caused the problems, it was the rest of their high grain/wheat diet. Its sad that medical comunity cant seem to figure that out and continues to perpetuate the governments dietary reccomendations as the nation continues to become sicker and sicker.

AnonEverything sounds good but dont do 6 hole eggs man , 1 egg yolk has 60% of you daily intake on Cholesterol if u eat 6 thats 360% of cholesterol your on juice which lowers your HDL your just looking for a heart attack.eat egg whites. Also Glutamine your produces looot of it why supplement its no an essetial amino acid I think what you need to look in is L-Glutamic acid which your body doesnt produce therefore its a essetial amino acid
6 eggs a day aint going to cause a heart attack bro, aslong as hes taking in his vitamins, and extra vitamin e with omega and fish oil, he will be fine, I usually eat about ten a day and my cholesterol is fine, I chuck 4-5 in my protein shakes raw throughout the day, and I always have about 5-6 fried eggs with 4 pieces of bread with tomato sauce and a protein shake for breakfast along with cereal. if you look at hulk hogans diet, he was eating 24 boiled eggs a day for like ten years.
yea mate if you look into them articles on other site they talk about all the rest of the shit people were eating and couldnt really pinpoint it on eggs there diets where up the shit aswell but each to there own mate btw its that fukin chop chop in ur dp lmfao
