I just got 20 2ml amps ( b-1 25mg ,b-2 2mg ,b6 5 mg ,niasinamid 50 mg, d-pantenol 8.6mg )rom Alvgear and was wondering how much to take ..I can't find any info on it all...its actually for my wife she's taking it for weight loss combined with hcg ..she's 33 152 lbs she's got her diet plan down ...any info on this would be greatly appreciated

AnonI know some website say it helps loose weight, it does but at higher doses 110-120mg per lbs till u start seeing the benefits like improved blood lipids and lower hepatic lipids and loosing weight
