Cause i know everyone has there own...to help people like me out with this kind of question ...thanks guys

Man three years with no more then about a three week break is extremely bad for your natural production of test. I did something similar for about one year. It had me all messed up. I had to go to the doctor and get my blood work done along with the expertise of a doctor. My test was at 90 (less then a women). You are going to crash very hard. My suggestion is to take a break. You are going to feel like a worthless piece of crap for a while. Go to the doctor, get blood work, and he will put you on a program to bring your test back to life. Worry not we all make mistakes, just have to learn from them.

Should be more like 3-4 months man. You fucked up! You definitely have some serious issues right now and you don't even know it! Stop everything. PCT, go get blood work done and keep you fingers crossed. Find a good endocronologist and hopefully they can fix you up without TRT. Looks like you're on a one way bullet train to TRT bro!

If you consider yourself uneducated, why did you put a single drop of AAS into ur body? But not only a normal AAS, but TREN?!

Time and time again im seeing people just hop onto the steroid life style with as little knowledge of the stuff as my dog. How can people care so little about their health?!?!?!?

crayon's picture

Ok im sure if you've been doing this for years you have permanently shut your self down, you should come off it, take a break, clear your body, see a doc, get some bloods done and review the damage. The doc will likely give u Test Replace Theropy.

You need some bloods done

Uneducated..... naw bro, in denial, maybe...LoL we all wish we could stay on 24/7, 365 days a year.... unfortunately it doesn't work that way.... good luck!

alloneword's picture

We're all here to help bud. We were all uneducated at some point. If you decide you want to try to come off from cruising I've heard of some people being able to bounce back with a strong PCT protocol. Good luck bud.

I'm a TRT guy, if I blast for 30 days, I cruise for 30 days..... 14 week blast, 14 week cruise ;-) As alloneword says, in a few years you'll need 2G test just to see/feel anything.... slow down bro

Muffins's picture

You're going to lose this game.

Please elaborate for us PEZ

Below

First thing that comes to mind is the law of diminishing returns. Cycle all the time and before you know it, It takes a gram of test to get gains.

mjunkie's picture

There are ways around that. I'd like to hear what pez has to say though..

alloneword's picture

Unless you're a TRT patient or want to be a TRT patient, people should never do what you have done. Cruising is for people who will never produce test naturally again.

The goal of HCG is to mimic LH, without producing too much testerone which will slow the recovery of hypothalamus. If you've been doing HCG heavily, it will take the hypothalamus longer to function properly. In a nut shell, this HCG could be contributing to further shutdown. You should get blood work and watch it closely.

crayon's picture

Also if u use too much HCG in a injection, even just a one off. It completely shuts down those receptors, so the HCG afterwards wont have ANY effects

Something to look into

mjunkie's picture

Well, he isn't going to 'lose the game' like u said, he is just uneducated, and definitely not ready to cruise.

@ OP u know that u will most likely be permanently shut down if u cruise right?

Muffins's picture

Semantics.

mjunkie's picture

Nvmd the guy needs to do research anyway im off this

Muffins's picture

Someone's being a little bitch today.

UncleYoked's picture

You're severely out of line bro. You have no idea how much knowledge mjunkie has about this field. Don't just post generic statements like this guy is gonna "lose this game" without explaining why.

mjunkie's picture

Lmao wow dude, u come in here with a stupid ass comment and nothing to back it up.

Your comment was irrelevant to the OPs question, he asked if him not taking long enough breaks is bad thing.

What the fuck does hcg have to do with that? And how does that make him 'lose the game'?

Muffins's picture

Firstly, don't remove your original comment like a little bitch. Secondly, HCG is present twice on this thread. Once in the original post and a follow-up post by the OP. Both posts imply that it was used as a means of justification for such short breaks off, that is why it was addressed.

For my post, "You're gonna lose this game", implies that he is on the route to TRT. If you are cycling AAS, the god damn base goal is to get back to natural testosterone production. If you are not accomplishing that you're losing.

UncleYoked's picture

Brother, every injection made puts you one step closer to TRT, no matter how well you run your cycle. Ultimately, shut down comes for everyone differently, AAS use involved or not. It's a natural part of becoming old. Yes this guy has probably damaged his hpta axis pretty severely. But until blood work shows definitive proof of what's going on, all anyone can do is speculate. The comment you made was actually pretty damn immature with the implication that he was going to die or something. No reason to put that thight into the OPs head or anyone else's that may read this thread. Think before you post.

alloneword's picture

X2. I've read about guys in their forties bouncing back.

mjunkie's picture

I deleted it because i realized both u and the OP are uneducated and i didn't have the patience to give u both lessons. And next time u decide to make a post like that u need to write an explanation for it. People are here to help each other out, writing 'you're gonna lose this game' is not helping anyone. You just come off sounding like a fuckin prick.

Muffins's picture

No patience to educate? Your post is contradicting. I should of added more to the post, but to get high and mighty and go hypocrite in the same post: people in glass houses shouldn't throw stones.

mjunkie's picture

I'm here to help but not to people who aren't willing to help others

Muffins's picture

"i didn't have the patience to give u both lessons."

You back pedal hard. Shit is funny, son.

alloneword's picture

Did you get blood work? Are you on a script prescribed for your low t diagnosis? How old are you?

alloneword's picture

Cruising is a lifestyle. People who cruise have committed to the necessity for exogenous hormones for the rest of their lives. It wouldn't be advisable for someone to cycle like you have unless they planned on injecting test to maintain levels forever. That's why most people cycle and pct with time off equalling the time of their cycle plus pct. It wouldn't be a good thing for someone like me to have to inject 24/7 at 25. Hence the questions about your age.

SexWeightsProteinShakes's picture

pretty sure most go by time on = time off

alloneword's picture

Cycle plus pct = time off.

SexWeightsProteinShakes's picture

yep...helps allow your body to get back to "normal" and help avoid side effects
