I feel ya bro. Same thing happened to me last night. The problem is I'm a bit of a germaphobe, and since I know while flies are feeding they are continually regurgitating. I can't drink that knowing I just fished done little vomit machine out of my shake. I know in the back of my head there is fly "specks" in everything I consume, but there's a difference in knowing it could be there and actually physically pulling an insect out.
Just drink it and try not to think of the fresh, still steaming piece of dog shit he was tap dancing on just prior to landing in your shake..
