been doing some research on these and want to run a cycle involving these and test c. any help on dosage and how long to run them would be great. very comfortable with test but will be first time using t3 and clen

i have some on hand and i honestly havent taken any of it. im just going to hook one of my boys up.
I'm on both, used both before.
Clen I start at 40mcg when I'm comfy with that I go up 20mcg and so forth. I like to keep it at 100mcg max, anything over can cause heart flutters. I do 2 weeks on 1-1.5 weeks off.
T3 I start at 25mcg for 3-5 days then bump to 50mcg for 3-5 days then bump to my sweet spot which happens to be 75mcg. Always split the dose 2x a day. Empty stomach. No food for an hour after. I run t3 8 weeks at a time, no taper down just drop it. Thryoid will be slow for a week or two so watch diet very close as it bounces back.
I'm on gear year round so idk about muscle loss but I would run either without AAS preferably something very androgenic.
T3 + clen + test + carb cycling + 1000cal deficit = gonna get shredded.
I find the concept of thermogenics confusing. Many people claim they eat up muscle, but isn't that entirely based on your diet and training?
A. Eat -500 calories, no clen, high protein, don't lose muscle
B. Eat -500 calories, use clen, high protein, lose muscle
Is the above accurate? Are people just creating too large a deficit because of the increased BMR with thermogenic compounds? I have used EC stack and enjoyed the apatite suppressant and energy boost, is there more to it than that?

What up bro! I am on a T4 and clen run right now myself. I am sure u did ur research but I recommend you rather run T4 than T3 cos as u may know t4 gets converted to t3 and has a longer half life. Also t4 is light on your thyroids. I am doing 100mcg of t4 but if u do end up running t3 25mcgs will be enough. As for the clen I am upto 125mgs now but to shud start at 60-80 and work you way up. But don't ever do more than 200mgs. I wud also recommend running 2,000mgs acetyl l carnitine , 5mgs yohimbine hcl with ur t3/t4 and clen on empty stomach when u wake. Yohimbine HcL will help with metabolism and the acetyl l carnitine will work as a shuttle transporting these compounds throughout your body. If you do consider my suggestions when you go to the store they might mention to you just l carnitine which helps in fat loss but that's not what I am referring to. But do your research as well and see what others say then make an educated decision. Good luck bro

thx bro. alot of good pointers will definitely keep that in mind. and whats a good time period to run them? ill be taking them with test and probably doing a 14 week cycle with the test.

Bro I run them first thing in the morning empty stomach and hit cardio. Of course depends if u are able to do am cardio. It really helps with the fat loss this way. Even if you are not planning on doing morning cardio I suggest you still take the clen, t4/t3, yohimbine HcL 5mgs and 2,000mgs acetyl l carnitine all first thing when u wake. No need to break the clen dosage as it has a 36-40 hours half life and won't make a difference. As doe the cycle time frame it really depends on your goal bro. i dont believe there is a set ule on clen, some do two weeks on and two weeks off, i have been on for 8weeks straight and just taking to weeks off then be on it again since i had a significant fat loss. Def bro good luck with the run. Are u just doing test or using other compounds?
