When using caps is it best to open the caps and put the powder under your tounge for quick absorption or is that some bullshit that I was told?

Thanks guys have been swallowing then down. This is my first cycle adding an oral. How long will it take to see the effects at 50mg ED?
Pretty rapidly. 5-7 days maximum.
Day 7 with nothing so far. Looks like time to stop cycle run a quick PCT just to make sure then back to the drawing board. Thanks SDM
Pop them as is brotha and if u need to split them just throw the powder in a small cup of juice.
You should just be able to swallow the cap, it's meant to be digested easily! People say off the wall things about steroids..that's what this site is for!

56tooIMO it doesn't really make much of a difference . Yes it might enter your blood stream a lil quicker but those caps dissolve practically immediately once they get to your stomach
x2, i thought the tounge trick only worked for liquids but I would just take the pill whole
