Constipation from white rice?

I've been slamming white rice lately (3cups/day) up to 195lbs (4ish months after PCT) from 187lbs (1 month after PCT) with minimal fat gain. But I think it's making me constipated... Anyone else have this problem? And is brown rice the only good replacement?

neither makes a difference. I used to eat only the brown rice.. but it takes longer to digest
and works about the same as the white.. I went out and bought 25 lbs of white-jasmine rice..
(the smell is off the hook.). The white rice kicks in much faster. It works on soothing my stomach
better. I have a wicked amount of stomach acid that I have to deal with..and the white
sops that shit up way quicker.. I dont care about body fat so its not an issue with me.
Get you some Metamucil and keep on keepin on brother

Try throwing some oats in your daily diet. I find oats keep things flowing nice and regular. Helps with cholesterol as well.
The only time I eat white rice is when I go for sushi, and Im lucky to have a BM within 24 hours of eating sushi, so its quite possible its the rice.
I eat oats for breakfast/snack and before bed lol

Brown rice is much better for you. Also you drinking alot of water?

Cook 500grams at a time and eat that over a couple of days so you only have to cook it every couple of days
