+ 4 Pre AAS Cycle Fat loss Plan
whats up eroids! Hope everyone is having a great weekend so far. I often see people posting on how much weight they should expect on gaining when they start an AAS cycle and how long it will take to get to a certain weight class etc but i wanted to share my experience and best practice to get the best out any AAS cycle you run.(the diet part)lol
Well its no surprise to see that 80% of your gains are based on what you eat right. So I want to share with you all what I do/have been doing in regards to cutting body fat prior to running any AAS cycle. here is what I believe and I am sure some if not most of you would agree on this with me. Before you start any cycle if your body fat is at the minimum, you will see the most benefits of using any compounds you want to run.
Its not about how much weight you gain on a cycle but its about how you look in front of the mirror. It all happens with what you eat.
So with that being said I want to share with you what diet/cardi/peptides I use as a 3 week body fat reduction plan before running any cycle. And this goes to anyone who is new to AAS or even a vet planing to run a cycle but needs to get a little bit more conditioned. I w=do want to mention that this may or may not work for everyone as not everybody reacts the same way with different food, compounds and peptides. So please take this as an example and make it your own with doing more research. But its a basic 3 weeks of diet plan where it made a huge difference in my body fat %.
So here it goes: FIrst Three Weeks---Startup----Body fat Reduction
Wake: Fat Burner(of your choice), T4, Clenbuterol, 2000mcgs accetyl l carnitine, 5mcg yohimbine
GYM: abs workout EVERY morning 20min (start with long rest periods until you get conditioned, chase that cramping contraction! Do not rush set to set at the cost of losing the peak contraction, it must be perfect) *** the purpose of this is to lower blood glucose levels and set your body to the point where it can tap right into fat stores as soon as you start cardio instead of the 15-20min delay (this is why I always suggest a small muscle trained before cardio) follow this up by 60mins cardio on stair master.
Cardio: 80mins 6x per week---stairmaster--heart rate 135-145bpm----split into two sessions. 60 mins AM and 20 mins post workout.
MEAL 1:
2 Scoops of Protein (mixed in water) or 10 egg whites.
1 cup of plain oatmeal--measured dry OR 1/3cup of cream of rice measured dry (Cinnamon and splenda or truvia is okay to add)
Multi Vitamin
500 Mcgs of Chromium
(2-3 HRS)
Meal 2:
8 oz grilled chicken or Tilapia
1 cup green veggies
2 fish oil caps
(2-3 hrs)
Meal 3:
8 oz grilled Chicken or Tilapia
1 cup green veggies
Digestive enzymes
(2-3 hrs)
Meal 4:
2 scoops of Protein (mixed in water)
1.5hrs)
Meal 5: 1hr before workout
6oz of grilled chicken or tilapia or lean turkey
8 oz of sweet potato or 1 cup of white rice
1 cup of dark green veggies
digestive enzymes
Pre workout 20 mins before any sugar free preworkout supplement.
Train Muscle group------20mins cardio
(drink 10g BCAA during workout into cardio)
Meal 6: Immediately after workout
2 scoops of protein
1 scoop of Karbolyn
mix in water
Meal 7:
10 oz tilapia
5 stalks of asparagus
2 fish oils
Sleep
If its not on the diet don't eat it.
Off training days keep carbs with only meal 1
drink 1-5 gallons of water a day
keep sugars to 0
1 cheat meal per week. CHEAT MEAL NOT CHEAT DAY.
Again guys this is what i follow and works great for me. This may or may not work for you as effectively as it does for me. Bodybuilding is all about trial and error so you have to see what works for you the best.
