+ 1 Animal Pak

ad

Just ordered AnimalPak and Animal PM. The ingridients and herbs/minerals etc. on these paks look too good to be true! Loaded with aminos and gh and test boosting supps and so much more. Don't know why I didn't take this stuff sooner! Check it out animalpak.com

I take AnimalPak in the morning with my first meal. I combined Animal Pump with a pre-workout 30-15 minutes prior to workout. I take Animal Nitro (amino acids) right after workout. Animal Flex at night. My diet is pretty solid so I know that I am getting a lot of nutrients through that but it doesn't hurt making sure. I have tried a lot of supplements on the market I think they all have pros and cons. I use Animal due to the fact that they have been around for a long time and its definitely not some new company throwing shit into a capsule then onto selves.

Too many pills

Animal pak is def better than a single multi. It's hard for the body to digest all the vitamins at the same time so universal did a great job of time releasing certain tabs. I'm already poppin 8 pills a morning so its no biggie.

They are good but holy Molly on all the pills I have to swallow. It's like eating a whole new meal.

I like taking the animalPak for my multi-vitamin when I am on cycle. Pain in the ass swallowing all those pills though!

I used animal pak once. Well I mean I used it for a few weeks. I felt lethargic and no sex drive. Stopped taking it and felt better. I have no explanation due to the fact the listed ingredients should do the opposite. Just sharing my personal experience. This was before I ever started thinking about aas.

I'm beginning to believe that almost all supplements are junk myself. I haven't bought any in a long time and I dont know if i ever will again

i am pretty sure your piss turns really yellow because of the vitamin b6 in the multi

hyphy_beast's picture

I've read that somewhere as well.

hyphy_beast's picture

I understand that, and I didn't buy them because of any marketing, I'm not an idiot. I got them for 50% off and I still don't see a more inclusive or convenient or superior comparable product. So until I suddenly have a bunch of free time on my hands to go through and buy each product individually, I will continue to take my animal paks Smile

They're definitely better than some generic mens one a day vitamin.

That's great everyone bags on animal pak, but I've yet to see ONE person name a better substitute!? Can you tell me of a better all in one multi that doesn't require buying 50 different supplements and spending hundreds of dollars?

Obviously it's not gonna have enough of every ingredient, but tell me of an all inclusive product that is superior and I will take it! I don't have time to track down 50 different vitamins/minerals/supplements from multiple stores, or the money!

I work 50+ hours a week and then train, I don't have time to sit on my computer and google which vitamins absorb best like some people.

jpal's picture

i take animal pak because i feel a multi is good to take and i pay 32 plust tax for animal pak and it has 44 packets so it works out to less than a dollar a serving not bad at all

hyphy_beast's picture

Thank you! Bunch of haters in here bagging on AP but not one can recommend a superior comparable product.

I cant even describe how angry I get when it comes to multi vitamins. They purposely put in such little amounts simply so they can have it on their bottle. Complete garbage. Your better off simply buying the vitamins you wish to take in and supplementing with those.

hyphy_beast's picture

Yes some of the doses are low. But do you know how many bottles and how much money I'd spend if I gathered everything in these packs?

hyphy_beast's picture

Ok, expensive maybe, but small amounts? No. And yes a lot of the ingredients are in foods we eat, but not enough and not at the supplemental level that this will provide. Plus all of the liver, prostate, cholesterol, blood pressure herbs and stuff are not found in any of the foods we eat.

Whatever man I was all stoked thought it was a good all in one supplement so I didn't have to buy ten different ones, and you guys totally killed my vibe :( lol

hyphy_beast's picture

Plus the pm pak... You don't find any if that stuff in your normal diet. Two for the price of one! I'm still stoked.

What supplements are you taking that would compare?

Muffins's picture

Waste of money IMO.

hyphy_beast's picture

Why's that, I paid 50 bucks for both. Normal price is 50 each. You tell me where else I can get that amount of vitamins, minerals, EAA, herbs, supps all in one pack that are aimed specifically towards hard training body builders who are on gear. I'll sign up today. Did you actually read all the ingredients of each one (question mark is broken lol). I mean there's stuff in there for liver, prostate, blood pressure, cholesterol... you name it.

Muffins's picture

Half the ingredients are in my mass gainer. I could spend $15 on the liver supplements and have three months worth, opposed to twenty-two days. I could hit GNC (god forbid) for their buy 1 get 2 ($25) amino acid complex and that's another three months. I'm a frugle mofo, and I'm think I could save more doing it on my own. I haven't down the math to a T on this product but from a glance I could do it cheaper.

hyphy_beast's picture

Ya I mean, I see your point, but for convenience factor I'd say it's pretty legit not having to buy 10 different products from multiple spots. Besides 22 days if you take 2 paks per day. I'm sure 1 would do just fine. I might take 2 on heavy training days like legs or something. I plan on this lasting me close to a month.

I'd be willing to say it would be a challenge to come up with all of these ingredients individually for less. I'm sure you could get the basics, but not everything. There's just too much.

To me it's worth it to just not have to go into GNC lol

Muffins's picture

For convenience, it is definately a win.
