How do you reconstitute igf-lr3 and how long does it stay good?

Just bought 1mg of igf-lr3 and need help on the reconstitution because i have read a lot of stuff and it seems iffy... also how long does it stay good? and whats a good dosage for collagen repair?

2.5ml bac water then put in fridge. Use 50mcg ed or eod till its gone
