Selective racism in America
Ok so this is for all of you out there shouting racism over the case of Zimmerman/Martin. The link below is a perfect example of "selective racism" I call this selective because it seems that when an African American is the victim everyone is quick to say how unequal and racist America still is, however when it is someone of a different race than your own you heads are turned the other way. If we are ever going to be a truly equal nation there are a multitude of things that need to be changed. One has to think what if white people had a television channel called, WET "White Entertainment Television" just as African Americans have BET... Does this make any sense? This is just a small example of the inequality we face here in America. Back tothe Zimmerman/Trayvon case... I'm sick of people saying that justice was not served, saying that, "oh a black teen was murdered by a man of a different race, so that's racism"? Fucking please... What do all of you have to say about this when a "white" kid is being brutally beaten by three African Americans? What do you think would have happened if this had been an African American teen being beaten by three white kids? Sharpton where you at bro? You know you would have been infuriated by this. What about you Obama, "this could have been you" referring to the statement that he could have been Trayvon Martin. However, since this is involving a white child they are not calling this a racial dispute. This kid got beat nearly to death because he spoke up about them trying to sell weed, but a mixed-race Hispanic man can't defend himself from a clearly out of control teen and all of you yell RACISM. He was given a fair trial from a jury of our peers, fucking deal with it.

I agree. I have always had respect for any who have a pure belief and put everything on the line for it whether I hold that belief or not. I teach and instruct quite often and people ask if I hate the extremist that I go to war against. I tell them my job is to kill or capture them, I don't get emotionally involved. I said I do respect that they are willing to lose their lives for their belief. That is one thing that is commendable. so I try to oblige them with that aspect as much as possible ;)

I live in the North East, Ive been to all black bars in Pa , CT, and NYC at 9:00 pm and 2:00 am , I have never once had a problem. When I was 15 I cooked chicken at a KFC and was the only whit kid working there .I had no problem other than the black girls teasing me by grinding their asses in my crotch . Once I took my white wife with me to a Black church on a Sunday morning to hear the music, and we were welcomed like family.
But then my wife and I were the only white guests at an all black wedding in North Carolina , we were not welcomed at all, and in fact no one would let me sit at their table. We were shunned , mocked and given dirty looks.
Then again I have gone in to a local watering hole in the south or even upstate here and been treated like a real outsider getting thos dirty looks, and that was by other white people.
Whats the point you ask ? Well I guess its just life experience, and whether or not you let some experiences shape your perception of past ,present and future events. Or whether you tsake it as it comes.
