I've got to chime in here and say that as an AAS user I've NEVER experienced the "ROID RAGE" phenomenon that has so many times been reported in the press, even here sometimes. I;ve used Tren, and A-bombs too in hopes of promoting some aggression just for use in the gym and it worked to a lesser degree but I've never had the "rages"...Never freaked and wanted to kill ANYONE, well no less than normal that is. I was using 70mg of Tren Ace ED, along with 100mgs of drol ED also. Strength went through the fuk'n roof but my demeanor was largely unchanged. I'm a very laid back dude though that truly believes the "Do unto Others" philosophy. The negatives I've seen thus far are bacne, worst it's ever been but I have a sneaking suspicion tweaking an AI would greatly reduce this, and the cost of AAS, lol. THAT'S IT! Otherwise it's been a fun ride and I've met some great bros here. My woman is way more than satisfied lately with my body, and sexual drive and prowess. Not only am I a hornball 24/7 on gear, I've got all the right muscle tone and strength to really knock the bottom out of it. She's in love all over again, lol. That and the monster sized loads from the Caber. My lady loves the big loads, YMMV on this. Show your girl this thread and all will be right in the world.

Have a date night and watch the movie "Bigger, Stronger, Faster". There are a bunch of pros and cons in that movie. ...oh, btw, I'm a sober guy. Never used iv though.

AAS can make you bigger, faster, stronger, leaner, meaner. They can increase aggression, focus, drive. This could be good, or bad. If you're already an asshole, you may become a bigger one. If you need more self assertiveness or ambition they could be helpful.They can affect your libido, again, for better or worse, depending upon whether or not prolactin enters the equation.

Basically they are going to increase your maleness. Including your feelings of well-being. Because for a male, Testosterone is what gives life its "zip". The bad physical side effects are mostly related to conversion to estrogen and this can be countered by judicious use of AIs, hCG, etc. They can be used responsibly or irresponsibly, just like a lot of other things. They don't really belong in the same conversation as Heroin though. H is an attempt to feel numb, to escape to Dreamland. If anything AAS are the opposite. They would tend to integrate you more fully into being responsible for yourself and your life.

There is a possibility of a psychological dependency. Some people become depressed when coming off. Again, a lot of this is due to the failure to do a proper PCT, etc and is related to excess estradiol. There are countless successful people, including athletes who use AAS. There is no way to equate them with junkies. But again, it's not the juice, it's the person using the juice. The question is, "What is your motivation here?" If it is to "escape" something, then your GF's fears may have some foundation, because you could become dependent and actually undermine your belief in yourself if you believe that you "need" them.. If it's to become more of what you are, to reach a higher potential, to become stronger, leaner, happier then it could be very positive.
