Hi ladies, could you help me out with some cycle advice Please ?
Womens opinions would be best here, but men who have had 1st hand experience with wives or GF would be great too.
So my wife who is my age (43) is thinking she wants to do a little intro to this world. She has been dieting hard for about 6 months, a few cheats and breaks but shes been good. I have finally gotten it through her head that she must lift weights. Weights are not just for men. So now shes got a pretty good diet routine and a pretty good exercise routine.
Now its time for "the boost " She tried Anavar once before but it may have been bunky, she felt nothing from it, although it did seem to interupt her period so it must have done something. She tried Clen, and said she really felt it, it really worked but she was way to jittery and said it took weeks to return to normal.
In talking to a couple of friends (guys though) it was suggested we revisit Anavar from a known good source. TNE was mentioned, Test Ace was mentioned and NPP was mentioned.
Her goal is strictly to burn fat and tone up, no bulking, no big biceps, no broad shoulders.
Thanks in advance ladies, both wife and I know this is the place to find out.

AnonHave her diet in check 110% fasted cardio in the mornings for 45-50 minutes, followed by weight training for 45 minutes or until completed, i'm assuming she works 9-5ish... then cardio after for 45-50 minutes
repeat 5x a week. If you would like some specifics for cardio and weight days, let me know. I'd love to help.
I m just going to be very blunt and I hope you don't take offense but she has no business using aas if her goal is to "tone up and burn fat" there are thousands of other ways to reach that goal without injecting a male hormone that can and will disrupt her endocrine system.. a strict diet, cardio, and a good weight lifting program will help her achieve her goals WAY better than the use of aas. Also, if she has no desire to get big .. broad shoulders then she should stay far far away from test and deca.. .. furthermore, some good var will actually thicken her up quite a bit ... her weight will go up and not as much fat as you think will be burned unless of course she is already 10% or below.. I m not trying to be an ass but she will be happier if she steers clear of the juice.... ..
Anonno no no, in no way do I perceive you as being an ass. This is why I asked. I realize her body is very different from mine, and whats helped me, may not help her. Plus we kind of like the fact she looks different from me ;) I just know how hard it gets to burn fat the older you get and the longer you've had it, so we were thinking of a booster to that process.
HrdbdyGRRRL is dead on.. as always!!
I'll start with the var she shouldn't really "feel" anything from it. However, she would notice a hardness and maybe even a little pump in the gym when doing weights. As for the period, my first as well as my second (current) cycle I've not lost the period yet... (Different labs) so I will say that's not always an indication of true var or not. I can say that I've found that var seems to be the most widely manipulated compound sooo getting true product can be tricky. If she's wanting to lose weight...fat... First place is diet.. Eating often, lean. Up cardio and add in weights. If she can handle clen then maybe pairing that with a strict diet.. (Every two hours meals) Finally try the var one more time... Was she taking 10mg? Split 5mg in the am 5mg in the pm? What was the clen regiment?
AnonDont remember the clen doseage, but it wasnt high and Im pretty sure it was for 2 weeks duration. The anavar was 10mg once daily.
I'll sub into this.. my gf is considering this as well.. I'm just very protective of her so I've held her back on this until I feel 99.9999999% research wise.. I'm like you and not really familiar on female cycles
