ClassyChassisI pin pretty much exclusively in upper body. If you decide to do it, remember that you have an inner bicep head and an outer bicep head. Hit a biceps pose in the mirror and notice where the peak is. (It's higher than you think). That's the spot. Either inner or outer, you can rotate. I go straight in with a 23x1.5. None of this insulin needle rubbish. It has to go deep. Bodybuilders have been injecting into their arms and shoulders for the last 50-60 years. Being a fan of test prop and tren ace with their frequent injects, I've done it hundreds of times. Easy-peasy. Simple.
HAL9000I've done a test shot with insulin in the bicep before, the pain was definitely crippling.
i use a 1 in or 1.5 in 25G needle for biceps. slin pin doesn't go deep enough
people can say what they want. I inject in my traps all the time both at same time and there is a difference in size from when I started I just think glutes are fatty that you couldn't tell if they get bigger
of course there's a size difference from when you started TAKING STEROIDS LOL

I inject biceps all the time. Not trying to stretch faschia but I just use it as a normal injection site. lol

WeatherwedIt's terrible. That's been my experience. I tried these injections during my first few cycles ten years back. The pain and lack of mobility destroys your training. Biceps- I couldnt curl for 2 weeks, Calves- was hobbled for a week, forearms- worst pain in my life, couldnt grip for a week.
valhallas beston my first cycle first pin was last monday and pinned glute with 1 cc holy fuck i felt like i did leg day at the gym 3 days in a row.. hopefully my glutes get used to it aha
WeatherwedI dont tolerate that type of PIP. If I miss a work out I change brands the next injection.
