Swollen lumps from injecting test, looks like synthol need some help.

They are soft tender, seeming to be filled with puss lumps in my triceps. Looks red somewhat painful to the touch.

I got an infection from a HCG subcutaneous shot once while I was camping.
I did the shot while I was in a camping toilet , you know the massive hole in the ground type. I was real careful too, I just reakon the air had the germs cause the place smelt really really bad.
Ended up in a massive puss ball. I used a 23G to drain it and it came good after a about 2 weeks.
I still got the scar to prove it.

HAL9000I usually get this from EO injections, goes away after a handful of days but wondering if there is a way around it besides switching gear.
