How Do Women Keep their Gains After Finishing a Cycle?

The general topic leads me wondering exactly how effectively women are able to keep their gains after running a cycle. Considering the fact that a lot of women run oral-only cycles (which supposedly isn't very effective for men and almost all gains are lost), on top of the fact that many women do not run PCT, they simply taper down from the compounds they are running...

Exactly how well do women keep and maintain all the strength and weight gains they made? I'm talking specifically about women who do not run testosterone as a base with other compounds, as well as women who do not apply PCT. I mean, does anybody understand the science behind it?

If you have any personal experiences with your own cycle ladies, please feel free to share! Inquisitive minds are dying to know. Smile Did any of you experience strength loss or weight loss or fat gain as a result of finishing a cycle? If so, what compound did you run? Did you PCT or simply taper down? Did you lose ALL your gains or only a portion? If you lost some (or all), roughly how long did it take to lose the gains? If you used PCT, did you have a better chance of retaining your gains?

In all of the cycles I have run .. ranging from orals only to those with test and those with out test, I have not lost much at all as far as muscle mass while off cycle. I never use PCT.. nolva is for pre contest drying out and clomid is quite useless as we gals don't need to restart test production... I ve used aromasin as an ai during cycle and often taper off cycle but not always. the most I have lost is some strength and even then I d say maybe I lost ten percent off my bench at worst. this last cycle with 12 weeks off I didn't lose anything at all, but I made it a point to keep up on my diet and continue eating as if I was on cycle ... I added cardio in to minimize fat gain.

I think we talked about this in another thread, but I do get abdominal bloating once I stop a cycle. Will arimidex or aromasin be sufficient enough for this, and if so, what will the dosage for these two be?

I didn't get the message . ;-( ... I would imagine that if it is due to estrogen that aromasin would take care of it.. I use a 1/4 tab eod to help with the water weight ..

Do you know what the dose would be for arimidex in women? I want to avoid aromasin because I don't want to risk my hair falling out, and finasteride is too expensive and comes with too many permanent side-effects for me to fuck around with that.

Because of that, I would rather go with arimidex than aromasin. Do you recommend a particular dose for women, who only wish to use it to reduce bloat? Also, what should the dose be while on cycle, and what should the dose be off cycle for women who wish to PCT? Is it recommended to taper slowly off at the end of PCT?
