Clearly the owner is an idiot but what came after it is disgusting use of force.
I hate to sound like another one of those "fuck tha police" guys but frankly we live in a nation where for cops it is shoot now and talk about what we could have done different after.. I hear way to many "Well I could have been in danger" with these situations.. Did you know your job requires you to come in contact with danger a lot and use a level head? Speeding tickets aren't the only thing cops are supposed to be able to handle?? This bastard unloaded on a dog that is clearly terrified and only reacts aggressively when THEY lunge at it and other wise sniffs the grass. Look at it's body language and don't give me any bullshit "It's his right to protect himself!" HE HAS A GOD DAMN TAZER OR PEPPER SPRAY AND TRUST ME BOTH WILL WORK FINE.. Lethal force is the LAST resort not a first.. Any one who knows shit about dogs knows that one wasn't going to harm any one just by looking at it.
What we are watching is a poor dog trying to help his owner (Doing what we bred him to do) and some trigger happy cop choosing to flip a gun out first. I believe this man is an accident waiting to happen... Oh shit wait he already caused a million dollar lawsuit before for..hmmm DOING THE SAME THING. The cop you see firing has also beaten the ever loving shit out of people and should have been fired then.

You can argue it was just a dog all you want but this is scary.. WHY? Because chances are this man won't be fired and something like this will happen again and next time it might not be just a dog.. We live in a world where "authority" can get away with anything a receive so little consequences

I've met some great cops that will go out of their way to help you but they are the minority and the majority are horrible cops that will go out of their way to make your life hell if you even disagree withem..

Yeah the cop who shot the dog was related to that case.. Meaning he has a history of violence and should have been fired before this dog incident even happened =[
you can tell his decision making skills are rapid and not well thought out. I wonder how many other people had to suffer from violent overreacting by that officer. It scares me that that man has a gun but it scares me more what else is going to happen in the future if he remains an officer.
He will remain an officer.. If they're not going to fire him over beating the shit out of civilians IE curb stomping their face then they definitely won't fire him over killing a dog.
This is very scary.. I let a cop beat me once because I knew I was really screwed if I hit back.. he had to let me go AND I found out after the fact he was off duty.. never got his name or he wouldn't have a job.. It's not just this bastard but a lot of them.. If you do anything back the second you walk into court you are guilty for even defending yourself (no not resisting but defending when your being beaten).. and I am not a violent person but if my dog was shot I cannot say without a shadow of a doubt I wouldn't blow his brains out or beat him near death.. I've never minded what people do to me but I am very protective and my dogs are my children.. similar incidences are becoming more and more common here and every where else.
I just avoid cops like the plague nowa days =[ When ever I actually need them they never help.. in fact have made things worse on occasion

I won't even watch this video but same shit happened in my state fucking disgusting. I could watch a human get shot in the face and not give a fuck cuz humans are ultimately evil but animals especially dogs are pure and only care bout one thing....there owners well that and food lol.
I was disgusted with some of the people saying they would have shot the dog because he's big and could hurt someone.. With that logic we should start killing all large animal and humans..
Really though.. I've seen a lot of cases with trigger happy cops.. Thugs off the street are less likely to pull a gun on you then some of these police.. Not saying all police are this way but you get my point
