Guys while on DNP is it any more dangerous to be active. Say working out and running or it this deadly because of the body temp

No1Get plenty of water and carbs
angusI'm sorry, I have to disagree. Carbs will cause your temperature to rise even at rest. They won't supply the energy that is needed, the DNP will punch a hole in the ATP and the byproduct is, of course, heat.
I don't think carbs should be avoided either. DNP easily burns up carbs, but glucose is still needed by the brain to function!
dnp prevents the conversion of glucose to atp
I'd say have carbs but no need to completely cut them out and no need to have excess carbs
angusYou're right, my explanation was unclear. We know that DNP disrupts energy metabolism in the body’s cells. The molecule punches holes in the cell membrane, so the cell can no longer store energy and lets it ‘leak’ out in the form of heat. This leads to an increase in the body’s energy use. I have found that the best way to run the DNP is during a keto diet, and when there is insufficient glucose for the brain the liver converts fat into fatty acids and ketone bodies. The ketone bodies pass into the brain and replace glucose as an energy source. So by running a low carb diet along with a responsible amount of DNP the weight loss effect is magnified. The person that said to get lots of water and carbs is, in my mind, erroneous because "lots of carbs" is the last thing the person taking DNP needs because the body will process it very rapidly and cause their core temperature to rise. A minimal amount of complex carbohydrates is the ideal solution in my mind.
Whitedime1Very informative Angus. Can you give me some pointers on Diet while on DNP
angusWell as I stated above the best way that I have found to run this compound is using a keto diet but really I would need to know what you are trying to do, how much weight you are trying to lose, how much time you have to lose it in, and what time of year you are going to do all this in. I don't know about you but I'm looking at temperatures over 110 degrees this weekend. There is no way in hell I would ever consider being on DNP in 110+ degrees. I remember sitting on my deck this winter in 45 degree weather in shorts reading a book, perfectly comfortable.
angusIt's not dangerous, I do it with great success....except for the cardio part. Your body cannot free up enough energy fast enough because it is being forced to unchain fat to supply your needs. You won't make it 1/2 a mile without feeling like you're running on stumps instead of feet. I tried it. But as far as working out: fuck ya, hit it! Just drink lots of water. Your biggest friend is water. When I lift its always heavy and I'll go through a gallon of water per hour. Sweat just pours off of me. But my strength is right there, granted I may not get to 10 reps because I'm bumping up against the energy max, and it may take a minute longer to recover but instead of burning 800 calories in the session I'm burning 1300. It's a worthy trade since I have to run for 2 hours to burn that much.
Whitedime1Ok thanks guys. Just want to get the facts straight from guys who have done it before. Thank you
