Guy don't get sucked into buying bitcoins. It only benefits the receiver of the bitcoins not the purchaser. The value is always fluctuating but it usually goes up.

1jakd_hipyThat's not true
Whitedime1What's not true?
Whitedime1Very true. I have used them and it's a pain in the ass. Cash is 1000% easier.
1jakd_hipyBit coins fluctuate both up and down
If you're buying gear you're paying in a set dollar amount, so the bitcoin fluctuation is irrellevant
Whitedime1If the gear is 1000$ and you buy 1000$ bitcoins then it drops your telling me the seller willingly takes that lose?
waltrthe seller would just translate the current cost of btc into the real world value..
i don't think payment talk is allowed on the forums though
Whitedime1I know that but you would need to add bitcoins if price dropped. It's an unneeded
Currency
at some point other payment options will be choked off and are slowly being choked off and bit coins will be the only option left other than purchasing from your local gym dealer for cash
Whitedime1Hope not. It's a pain in the ass. Lots of PIP with bitcoin
waltrcan't you get btc from 7-11s these days even?
Whitedime1BItcoin is a virtual currency only.
waltryah i know that, but i thought 7-11s but machines in them where you put the cash in and input the virtual address for the btc to go to
Whitedime1Imagine that. Everyone know bitcoins is for illegal deals mostly.
actually there are a lot of online legit retailers who take them now ... so cynical .. o-o
Whitedime1Ive only seen it on here and on silkroad. Have not see retailers accept. Guess there may be but I have not seen them.
I ve never seen a million dollars but that doesn't mean it isn't real ;-)
waltri know when the greek economic crises started people were putting their life savings into btc because their currency went to shit. so it's not just illegal deals..
Whitedime1Good to know
yes they do have them .. I was also told that they have btc cards like mp's and green dots
waltrhmm interesting, i don't know a ton about btc really. where is the current market exchange rate kept at online?
Whitedime1It's strange because I just read something that Walmart and CVS have some type of bitcoins purchasing only with credit cards which make it very traceable I would imagine
only traceable to the initial wallet address .. after that there are many services out there that wash the coins and send them on their way to other wallets which can accept them "anonymously" or they go into a "shared" wallet before being sent to their final destination.
Whitedime1It was very cumbersome for me when I had to use them. Mtgox.com I couldn't do everything on one site
waltrit would only be traceable for the buying of the actual bitcoins i believe, as far as tracing where the bitcoins go it'd be another matter
