Guys I'm getting ready to buy my DNP. What is the ideal cy Le duration?
It should be At least 10days cauz it just starts burning fat after day 3 IMO. Before it just depletes you. 500mg in 2 split dosages 14 days is perfect. OFC you can cycle longer but you really feel SH*** during The cycle so...
angusHoly fuck, you're 6'4" tall and 290? With 12% BF? I don't want to doubt you but this guy has the exact same stats. Do you look like him? If so then I would recommend that you do 200mg/ed for 14days.

Whitedime1Little bigge but I think my BF is up to 15% now
stick with a low dose (100-200mg ED) till you reach your goals. Inferno cycles are a thing of the past. Unless you're a chick I don't see 200 mg causing anything more than a constant mild warmth.
Whitedime1My stats are in my profile. I've done t3 Clen 2 cycles Enanthate EQ.
I appreciate the concern but I will still be getting the DNP so duration advice would be helpful.
no more than 7 days be safe stay cool drink lots of water and gatorade
Honestly you should focus on your diet and cardio because you will lose fat with dnp but you will gain it back if you don't have a good diet
Whitedime1Thanks J. I understand the concerns and I've read up alot on here. I know I need to limit my carbs and use T3 and Clen along with the DNP.
biggerthanyouOk man well I can't help you with that sorry :/ hopefully some1 with dnp experience will hop on here but honestly chances are they will suggest leaving it alone as well...
biggerthanyouI would say 0 days.
We need some info on u man before anyone is going to give u dnp advice.

Prior steroid or weight loss supplement use? Include specific compounds.
Weight loss drugs can be VERY nasty with serious side effects that put ur health in drastic danger.
Why do u want to use dnp? A clean diet and alot of cardio is a much better option. There are no magic pills. Many dnp users report gaining much or all of the weight back after discontinuing dnp use...
