Realistic gains off of test/eq 20 week cycle?

So I'm close to starting my test e/eq/prop/var/tbol cycle and I'm wondering what realistic gains are while on this form of cycle? Weights gains and strength gains wise? What should my calorie intake be like? What should I expect overall? I understand I will put on lean mass but I'd like to know from others how they did. I have cut down from 185 lbs 12% bf to about 175 lbs 9% body fat according to bod pod. My strength is a little down compared to usual but I'm not as focused on that as I am with looks and muscle definition now! Also, have proviron but unsure if I want to use it because that would be 3 DHTs and i already have a bad hairline as is. Thanks for any advice

RustyhookerIts fully dependent on your foods. Big bulk foods for mass. Very low fats to keep lean. 12+ solid lbs gained is normal. The way you're running it, you gotta take into consideration the finish. If you put a scale proven 13lbs AND drop 3% body fat....
13 + (3lbs/100 bf) = 19lbs. Even if the scale doesnt move its that combo of change that make EQ imo.....the best.
Get accurate bf% test and weekly pics in same area/lighting. The difference will be dramatic IF that diet is on.
Eq is great on my body for leaning out while growing. ANAVAR kills that eq hunger....which makes CLEAN clean foods simple. Keep carbs complex when var starts and strength/energy will be high. No cheap carbs. No processed flour, no white rice, soda, alcohol etc. Cardio off the days errors late night. Then fish/chicken before bed.

I have a bod pod for bf test which is prett accurate, I believe +- 3% accuracy. And that's what I was hoping for 12 pounds is solid along with losing body fat! Ill make sure to post pics and keep an update of how the cycle is running, pretty excited to finally try eq! Have hear nothing but great things about it
RustyhookerThe folks that haven't liked eq, it's because ling slow cycle and the scale didn't jet rocket up in lbs. If you run a wet big bulker ya might jump up 20+ on the scale, then after water drop you're down around 12lbs kept. I enjoy finishing nice n easy.
Ya I know what ya mean and then I almost get devastated post cycle as the numbers fall, so thus why I'm giving eq a try and I'm goin to bust ass to keep my gains
SwolePatrole7why would u do var and tbol in one cycle? prop is a good enough kickstart and pick only one of the orals to finish with for last 6-8 weeks I would do the var. no need for tbol in there at all.
I'm running tbol weeks 1-4 kickstart, prop weeks 17-20 to taper with and var 14-20, I have UDCA and liv 52 ds to run with these to keep liver levels in line. I'm dropping test to 300 mg at week 14 so var an eq can do their magic.
