I'm gonna start doing this cause I need some new spots, any advice?
I've looked at spot injections.com and it looks like I'm gonna wanna go into the meaty outer-upper portion of the pec....right?

scorpion2bravoi use to pin sust and deca in the pecs while in iraq. i use to pin it in the inner part of the pec near my sola plex, center of my chest. it never hurt, but the mental part was the worst. you will prolly like it as i did. good luck bro, and keep us posted
waltrwell, i just pinned my left pec and i gotta say the psychological part was the worst of it.
went in easy, no pain, no bleeding, nothing
only 1/2cc though.

I've hit there many times. 5/8 25g. about 2 in above nip and about 1 or 2 in towards the middle. Very easy to do, but yeah, it's kindy freaky looking. Reminds me of that scene in pulp fiction when she wakes up after the adrenaline injection and the needle is hanging out of her chest. I ended up giving up on it though. I wish it worked out well, because as other have said it's easy, steady and controlled injection. But for me it left a very painful lump that lasted about week. Like it was just a pocket of the oil sitting there absorbing at an extremely low rate. Visible lump too, freaked my girlfriend out quite a bit.

3 fingers above nipple and an inch towards the middle. that's what I do and never have issues. Chest is the only area that I notice pip, but after a while it doesn't hurt anymore

AnonEasiest to pin. You have real stable control over the syringe and easier to control how fast you inject the oil itself. Also it is the most painless spot there is ime. I don't think I ever had pip even the first injection. I can even pin before an chest workout with no problems while lifting. You'll love it bro. Just do it! It might be scary at first but push that shit in!!
Wardi77To me pec shots are the easiest next to glutes, I do mine sitting down. 25g 1inch does the job. Stick to the meatiest part of your pec, closest to the delt.
waltrthanks for the tip dude, that's where i'm planning on doing it, all i've got is 1.5 inch pins but i don't have to go in all the way with it obviously. the only place i've gone all the way in with the pin is my glute
Wardi77I have used 1.5 also, no problem but I like the 1 inch for delts and chest glutes get the 1.5
cbrant10I just started doing chest this cycle and so far I haven't been responding well. Every time I hit my left pec I get a sore pec and a lump in there. Maybe it's just a poor pinning technique but I might move to my thighs.
I noticed if you lay on your side the muscle looks really easy to hit. But I have not actually done that one yet. Next cycle it will be in the rotation.
