I Need More Speech Class Help

I have another speech I have to give and the topic is whatever I want it just has to be an "informative" speech.
So in other words I have to briefly cover a topic and teach the class a little bit about something in 4-6 minutes......
Any suggestions? I'm open to pretty much any conceivable topic..

I say pick something you know like diet and exercise. Boom done.
Speak on "Speech Class". Inform others on the transitions that it is and has taken you through. When lecturing you want to find the subject that the audience can universally relate to. In this setting it is the speech class itself.

How about the constitution, and why our constitutional rights are so important. I think it's getting pretty scary in today's media to see people trying to alter our rights and civil liberties. A refresher might just help remind people why we fight for our country and many brave women and men before us to uphold what the founding fathers set in stone that these greedy, power thirsty, politicians try and chisel away!

You could try to have a more informative presentation about the decrease in testosterone as males age, how it affects them, solutions, etc...
And since I recall this being a mostly women's class, why not give them ammo to poke fun at the guys lol.
