Question for people that might have had this issue. I was putting away my gear today and noticed a damn hair floating in a bottle of unopened test cyp... First of all do you think it would be sanitary to use and second has anyone else had this happen before ?

BigBmajPull that shit through a Whatman filter. You can find one cheap and just draw it though and put it into an empty bottle. Leaving the hair and funk behind. Boil the bottles for a few minutes when done if you are still concerned.
It will be good as new. Toss all other bottles in boiling water for 10 mins. Just to be safe.
Money saved and lots of fun to be had.
Get a replacement and toss that one. I would also sterilize any other gear from that source. You may want to find a higher quality source too.
Email the suplier and get the contaminated vial replaced

BigBmajI think it would be smart to re sterilize all gear anyway. I never know how sanitary things are on the other end. I'd rather be safe than sorry.
The real question is how sterile are the others? Only one has a hair in it but I'm sure they all went through the same filter. I'd be slightly concerned.
Dude, think about it....You are injecting something deep into your muscles and you definitely want to be as sterile as humanly possible...
If it has a hair in it, I don't think it fits the criterion of being sterile.

thats pretty gross..would you eat your food with someone else hair in it, if the answer is no then I def wouldn't inject it..
SeaHawkIve heard of this before. Typically its a crystal rather than an actual hair. If its a crystal you can try a reheating protocol. If you're sure its a hair thats a def. throw away. Gear can be expensive but no where near the risk of injecting dirty gear.

RustyhookerI was just gonna ask if it was filtering fuzz. But long black hair definitly answers that question. Filters can break and the thin lil strand Ive seen and removed with pin. Hair...aaaack...gross

Boil some water drop the gear in standing up right till the water is about half way up the bottle let it stand in there for a few min then pull it out? Will that destroy the integrity of the gear at all
roids be good for boiling upto 100 degrees so u will be fine.
BigBmajBoil it in water for 10 mins. It will be sterile but I don't know if I'd still use it because its just generally gross.
Could put it in the oven with a needle in the top at 210 for 10 mins too.
Maybe I'm wrong someone else can chime in.
