Celebrity workouts and diets

ad

I was one of those suckas that tried possibly every celebrity workout and diet thru my 30s. I remember specially the Ryan Reinolds workout right after he came out with the awesome abs in Blade Trinity. I also remember following to the letter the Daniel Craig bullshit probiatic diet and workout for nine months after he did the first James Bond, and that scene where he come out of the ocean water with massive traps and sheddred abs. To top it off I also did the Hugh Jackman wolvarine workout and diet for 6m, of course I ended up looking nothing like him lol.

It wasn't until my 40s that I finally and for the first time checked my natural test levels. Needless to say my own dr put on trt straight away.

Just wondering if I was the only silly dude who thought all this butthole celebs were natural and that if I worked hard enough I could accomplish the same goals. What a laugh.

Not to mention Marky mark and the rock.

I'm looking fwd to that silly Pain&Gain flick coming out with the rock and Marky mark. Just watched an interview where Marky mark vehemently denies using aas. Yet he put on 40lbs of lean beef in under 6m for the role. Natural my ass Smile

Ill agree that He put on some weight for Pain and Gain but I really would not call it 40 lean pounds. I didnt think he looked lean at all, Id say upwards of 18% BF give or take and the weight he put on could very well have been without AAS.

Enjoyed the movie though, quite funny.

I agree, he didn't look very lean. But given his age and the amount of time he had to put on the muscle, my $ is on aas.

Very funny movie, they did a good job Smile

yes, the diff is the rock has admitted it on several occasions. Marky mark just keeps denying it...

It shouldn’t be hard for celebrities to add muscle or radically change their bodies in a short amount of time. They usually are employing coaches, nutrition experts and chefs. Now factor in the fact that they usually all have managers and other gofers in employ that take care of day to day things for them so all they have to do is sleep, wake up, train, and eat the food that is prepared for them. If I had the team that they have for their transformation, I could probably do even better without the use of AAS. I don’t think many Hollywood celebrities under 200 are juicing.

To most people just starting out your only going to know whats being shown to you, and whats being shown to most people is the celebrity workouts and other bullcrap, so ye i bet most people in their early days have been convinced into trying out one of these workouts, me also aha.

Its not until you understand AAS and how wide spread AAS is that you realise where these people really got their results from. even so, 40 pounds in 6months is pretty good, even with juice lol

Ye man, 40lbs in 6months is nothing, last winter i put on 50lbs in 5months NATURALLY. How did i do it? Carrot sticks. Eat 200 carrot sticks a day, you will become a beast. 100% Bro scientifically proven. Biggrin

Good one bro, Lmao! 200 carrot sticks is even better that "my secret is 10 spoons of peanut butter and creatine a day"!! and my all time fav: "Down a pint or probiotic yogurt before and after every workout" or "Eat two macflurries a day and watch your muscles swell" Smile
