There has always been an issue with fanboys attacking members with concerns in the discussion pages. That has slowed down a lot. I guess ppl are either starting to understand that we Don't play that shit!! Now it's starting to happen in reviews! All these sources with their fan boys, fighting over every vote to the top spot. Iv'e seen ppl try bullying members into changing their vote for a source (I dare you) and now i'm seeing a lot of ppl getting negged for writing a review and vote that may not be favorable to the source. If the rules are being followed then YOU CAN'T hit them for karma just because you don't like their review! That shit doesn't fly in the forums when you disagree with someone. So what makes you think that reviews are any different? I'm going to start looking at every point taken from any member who left a negative review that wasn't breaking rules. And anyone who negged it, You WILL lose more karma than you took! I promise you that! And if you're a multiple offender, I may just drop kick your shit into the red! Consider this a warning!
And to the people who are afraid to leave a negative review for a source for this reason, Don't be! I'm watching! The system we have in place works if everyone follows the rules! I'm going to make sure they are being followed and so is every other mod! Offenders, you better hope it's me that catches it and not VIKING! He sees it and you might end up with a Troll tag!

RustyhookerWould depend on gear used, experience, blood tests, and pix. If 4 labs sent test 250 then it would get confusing without blood work. So far the mass spec tests are the strongest evidence. But ugl can change rapidly batch to batch as well.

I say ditch the karma in reviews. If you leave a good review awesome you did what you are supposed to do. If you leave a shitty review then mod takes care of it.
AnonYep and pull reviews from anyone who doesn't pay for their gear. Samples are basically votes for sale. Last person ill trust on a review is a guy who's getting samples. I like the reviews from the guys with karma lower than 50. Those guys are all buying their gear. That's a real transaction. I know nobody else agrees with that point of view but oh well.

The reviews from the lowest karma people- like <5 are the most suspicious ones that are src aliases making fake reviews.

I agree to a certain extent.I mean,I have seen roid noid(I think) get some fake amps for free(I believe) and he posted a picture of the fake amps and I think he showed how to decipher real from fake.There's quite a few guys,whose reviews I trust,that get free gear.What I do is,I will look at a members reviews and I will make my decision after that.

I think once i gave a thumbs of to source because i had did a few orders with them which all went super smooth and as a thank you from them they gave me store credit so i gave them a thumbs up. But that is the only time i have used karma on a source review. Your right there really is know need to gain karma on source reviews.

Thanks to Nitti and the Mods for their incredible work providing members with a valuable resource and aggressive cracking down on scammers and members trying to game the system. I remember the days when gear and good info was hard to find, expensive and a lot of crap. Thanks to eroids and the mods you can pretty much count on a 99% success rate. I am 10 for 10 in just the last 3 months.

my biggest issue is with these "sample reviewers" all the sources send samples to them. but my question is do you ever PCT?! your getting samples from what seems like 2 labs every week but then you write on other sources thread that your running their gear as well...idk thats my take on those "reviews"
ive noticed the guys who get samples and hold off on sampling cause their running another labs gear. thats what needs to be done.
damn dude, x2 on that 100% cause ive often wondered the same thing! like when the naps promo first came out, i saw it that first day but didnt even attempt to get in on it because i didnt have enough karma to participate, but even if i did i wouldnt have been able to give any sort of timely LEGIT review because i wont be cycling again until october. since then ive seen several others but opted out of getting in on them because id just stash it away for months down the road!

This is why I generally stay out of the SI intro forums. A lot of bitching back and forth along with nut hugging. I may go into the intro forum to see what's up with a source but I'm not going to kick back in there likes it's a lounge. Some guys chill in these threads day in and day out.
The review threads are where it's at and what differentiates this site from all other forums. At no point should the integrity of the reviews ever be compromised, the site loses its purpose then. The reviews need to be more quality oriented. I'll go and check to see if someone posted a pick of their gear when they received it and reference it against the time of the review. That way if they give their thumbs up on someone's EQ or long ester Test after a week, I can rule out the validity of that person's opinion.
I like the idea of troll tag, either that or nut hugger. Anyone identified as a source fan boy can get a nut hugger tag. Lots of good sources here, let the product speak for itself. They shouldn't need fan boys to protect their rep. A good source will know how to communicate like a business man (or woman) when issues arise and they'll be able to set things right. Fan boys need not speak on their behalf.

I don't want to split hairs here but just to be possibly a little more anatomically correct, I would say that sources who have sampled there wares for several years have experienced some testicular shrinkage...if that is correct wouldn't on a case by case basis there possibly be room for a "nut pincher tag" you know for those who have to give their love in that special 2 finger kinda way. Just my .02 not trying to leave anyone out.

Not very well known and not much karma, so they all neg him and then he can't vote! So to answer your question NO they should not, they did not receive the same gear, email, customer service, nothing is the same except the name. What you send me may not be the same as the next person, the nice email I might get the next guy may not even receive, Im not him so hell no i cant speak on his behalf. your votes and reviews speak on your behalf, the way you deal with the troll/member is on your behalf, if he is a troll then prove it and we will remove the review.

I agree with what you are saying as far as someone bashing a source without evidence or proof. The problem is that none of the other clients really no what is going on between you and the disgruntled client other then he said etc etc. That is why the source needs to do the vindicating in my opinion if they can, And the other clients that are on the side of the source can make their thoughts known through their reviews and on the SRC board about their own experience.
Word up Nitti, filter out them there bullying bitches. And its true about members afraid to leave a negative review, too many times you see someone getting karma f***ed because they stated their opinion and stirring up the fan-boys.
Eroiders rely on open honest reviews for their research, neg or positive they still weigh in.
AnonI'll be honest my source that I'm dealing with, I'm extremely proud and I tried his gear. I've felt the effects, I've done several orders. I'm very appreciative of him. He's a good dude and I also don't like ppl trolling and leaving inaccurate reviews to stop them from rising to the top. I won't critique another person from leaving a bad review, but am I at fault for questioning their cycle, diet and training routine? THIS QUESTION IS FOR THE MODS.
just to add to this, we have a whos who list in our private forum, if we have received information about you your on the list, seems like there is alot of people who think they are a fucking REP for a source and have the right to ask why another member voted or left negative reviews like they are some internet stick up kid! ive came close to banning some people for it recently! I personally think that if people are that tight with the source that he should go down as well, dont be surprised if something like this happens! to all you sources thinking your slick and cant be touched watch out im watching!
