+ 4 17" arms finally!

Finally hit one of my goal measurements 17" arms! Sitting a little puffy right now but ill be changing that up shortly to solidify gains. Ill be uploading my 12 week update which I think will surprise some of you :-).

Great work boss! 17" is a great mark. My chest needs some bringing up my shoulders got massive so I have slowed them down a little bit to let the rest my body catch up.
